Perfect and to the point! I saw it a couple of years ago and loved every second of it and though I found the ending right, something felt off. After reading your review, I suddenly realized what it was: the ending was rushed! It should not have ended in any other way but it was too fast! This series, just like 180 Degrees and 7 Days to Valentine, are not really BLs in my opinion but psychological dramas featuring gay characters. PS I don't know why you felt the need to create an empty profile just to post this review : it is so well written and explained...

I guess they are aimed at teens with their phones glued to their hands and who have the attention span of a goldfish while their parents foot the bill....;-)😅😅😅
Finally, another excellent BL from Japan! Three teen boys struggling with growing up and their own sexuality: the drama is rough and tender, sweet and scary, happy and sad. How much are you willing to give up of your own happiness in order to make your family and your community happy? Compromises are always tough choices...
I thought they released all 38 episodes of The Spirealm already, I am currently up to episode 30?
I am curious and since you seem to be familiar with chinese censorship I wanted to ask if you knew: why aren't books, danmei novels, banned? Is there a special censorship board for them or are only visual media(film & TV) censored? Maybe a literacy issue? Somehow the censorship seems a bit illogical which is surprising coming from such highly controlling government....Not that I'd want them to censor anything, mind you!
It is truth universally known that we are all racists in the West and that there is no racism or discrimination anywhere in Asia and the Middle East. Luckily for us, we have young Woke activists, completely void of the unnecessary knowledge of their own culture and history but well versed in what is currently considered good and bad, educating us. Aren't we fortunate to be taught what is right and what is wrong by China, Russia and Iran...oops, I mean by tiktok?
Might be funny but I am really cringed out. I usually like these combinations of two oddballs but here, again I failed to get hooked: it is too OTT for my taste! I'll stick to slice of life j dramas, comedy detectives don't work for me!
I'm sorry but nobody is as bad as him...Gin keeps getting lead roles and completely ruins them with his grimacing and overacting. That is the real mystery! As for the actors getting "hate" or rather criticism for their acting skills are Song Kang and Cha Eun Woo, that come to my mind...
A story of two people who, disappointed in their love relationships decide to forsake them and live together.…
I grant you I misunderstood. With that in mind either I am not smart enough to understand it or they did not do their job correctly and made it clearer. It is probably the former, I know....🤣🤣🤣
What does Netflix have to do with it? Netflix dramas are 9 out of 10 amazing
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't like Netflix K dramas. I personally think that Netflix is actively working towards ruining k dramas by forcing multiple seasons. I still have to watch a good NF K drama. Apparently Kingdom is good but it is horror and zombies and cannibals so not my genre. It is probably the exception which confirms the rule! But the rest? Alchemy of Souls, Hospital Playlist, Taxi Driver, Stranger, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, The Uncanny Counter....good short but eventually flavourless dramas ruined by unnecessary second seasons. Netflix leaves the original dramas on a cliffhanger....I watch K dramas exactly because the original format requires one season only! I am glad their dramas are to your liking!🥰🥰
Is he ever going to calm down and grow up: this childish behaviour is getting to be old! It is so difficult to go through this drama because of it! It has taken me two weeks to finish 5 episodes....The rest of the characters are fun to watch and that is the reason I continue with this drama!

And the subs are bad! I haven't seen such bad subs in a k drama in a very very long time....😒
