I also heard a lot of bad things about it before starting it and put it aside for a long time but after reading it I realized all the novel's bad pr was from haters who don't understand complex characters and just have to moral police everything. Nothing is outrageous in the novel if you're worried about that. Everything is circumstantial and within reason so go ahead and give it a read!

Also I thought she has amateur skills because she seem to have every 'default' type of reactions when it comes to expressing emotions rather than expressing them fluidly. For example: I don't remember which episode it was but in one scene when he was applying medicine on her wound, all she did was twitch and grip the sheet for like 6-10 seconds straight. I felt like I was watching the scene on loop rather it flowing smoothly. There are many ways to express flusteredness and I hope she can expand her range of reactions when it comes to expressing emotions on screen.

I'm surprised she had been in industry long enough yet her acting is rigid and amateur. I don't know if she didn't understand her character well in 'A dream within a dream' or it is a regular occurrence of delivering undermined acting on scream.
I'm not hating on her (this is just a constructive criticism) but LYT as an actress definitely needs to polish her acting skills!
