I also want to know why people were disappointed or thought it was a waste of their time. Now, I can understand if people don't like the movie because it's pretty heavy and depressing, but like you said it wasn't going to have a happy ending even though I wished it did. The movie is based on real events which made me even more interested and it was realistic too. I just don't understand why people are giving it a low rating unless they had high exceptions for this film????

I really can't find the words to express this movie, but overall it was really good and the acting was amazing! I don't understand why this movie has a lower rating I personally think it should be higher than what it is.

I really thought about dropping this drama...but it's surprisingly good! I love how Jun acts a little cold but has a soft spot for go ah rah it's super cute. I don't know if it's just me but this drama kind of gives me When the Camellia Blooms vibe or maybe not lol...

I enjoyed every moment in this film just a little sad about the ending tho *cries*

geez this movie is so good!

Honestly, I really enjoy this film! The cinematography is pleasing to the eye, so if you appreciate artistic films then Chungking Express is the one for you. Also, the romance is not your typical love story which I do find very different and refreshing to watch.
