I remember his interview before the K2 premiered. He insisted it'd be his last action role. One should be careful of such declarations π. But I do like he admits the financial side of every offer plays a role in his decision making. I mean, the roles are still jobs for actors and it's hypocritical if someone pretends they don't care, but you still read bunch of bull about how they just choose roles that speak to them and how it's about the art...
Finally someone who loves her. I love all the female characters in this drama
I like the actress generally and I liked her here as well. So she wasn't some cool badass... I don't like it when they overuse it. As if emancipation was never needed.
Yeah, I enjoyed him in Rebirth For You. So I looked up The Time Flies And You Are Here... and it was disappointing.…
I liked the main leads get together relatively soon, they trust each other, so there is no fake will-they-won't-they, which we know they will, since they are the main couple. I was annoyed by the love rivals' constant and over-the-top insistence they have some kind of right for their love interests. And not just the MLs. There is a girl competing with the FL for a guy the FL doesn't want to marry, in fact is doing her all to avoid it, but you couldn't explain to the girl if you tried. I won't deny that. But overall it's very satisfying in regards to the couple scenes, humor and things like that. Also, Li Yun Rui, who is now popular after his Blossom role, plays love interest to ML's sister, and while I found him annoying in all his 2nd lead roles, he was very likable here. But full disclosure, I haven't seen the end. I went away few episodes before finishing it and I forgot which episode was my last by the time I was back. And that's my achilles heel, which gets me stuck with many dramas. π
I prefer her costume style on Moonlight Mystique, but for the plot story I prefer FEUD
Right, I never liked pastel colours, but after all the dramas with the same costumes, my liking of characters seriously increases when some bold colours are used.
Because of this drama, I became curious about Joseph. Previously, I watched him from the drama Romance On The…
Yeah, I enjoyed him in Rebirth For You. So I looked up The Time Flies And You Are Here... and it was disappointing. It wasn't very good drama overall, but he really shines more as a jolly character.
Any specific Genre? When Life Gives You Tangerines 2025. I checked your CW and Completed lists before the recommend.
Appreciate the thought, but I'm asking about this drama, not seeking other recommendations. I'm going to watch When Life Gives You Tangerines one day, but the only thing I like about it are the actors in main roles. I dislike everything else about it, so this is in the file of eventually.
Can anyone tell me a drama that gives a similar feeling? The reviews are so disunited that I can't decide and this could help... I'm already watching so many meh dramas, I need a drama that would really catch me.
Depending on what you have seen. From the very recent ones, Perfet Match, Blossom is the most similar, except…
No worries, I can continue. Have you seen The Legend of Dugu? Not to be confused with the Queen Dugu. At first glance, it looked kind of childish and I was going to wait for the 2nd drama, who had more respected cast and was overall a bigger project. But hell I was wrong. It kept the story within the known facts and just used the blanks to be creative. Queen Dugu on the other hand was making stuff up just to fit some drama stereotype. And the villain. One of the best villains in dramaland. I'm not really a fan of humanising them, but this one was so well written even a hater would almost root for him. There is also Twisted Fate of Love. But there is bigger level of fantasy than in dramas previously mentioned. No fairies or things like that, but the FL time travels and each time she goes, it comes with an effect. Hope it isn't a spoiler since it appears so early, but to give you an example, the first time she goes, all her injuries are cured by water. But otherwise it's underrated with Jin Han, previously know for villain roles, really utilising his experience and really enjoying his wicked ML. Untouchable Lovers had really good about 20 first episodes, but then it moves to Wei kingdom and I watched, but I wouldn't recommend the rest. But yeah, the first part can be watched as a standalone drama. On the other hand, the whole drama has many now famous actors in smaller roles and can be funny to rewatch, knowing their future pairings. Then there is Legend of Haolan, which I originally didn't recommend, as I always watch several really good episodes, there is one weak one, I pause it for few months, focusing on others, then come back to it, so it isn't finished and thus I can't vouch for it not going wrong. But given the same leads, it is often compared to Yanxi Palace and considered worse drama. But I think you might like it if you don't mind the FL always forsaking her feelings for the ML only to change her mind again and again. But otherwise it's enjoyable drama with lots of scheming plots of many strategists working on the same turf, always outsmarting one another.

I just didn't want to hide it. The Rise of Phoenixes then? Perhaps Court Lady? I loved many of the characters, but it was frustrating, as half of the leads' obstacles could have been avoided if the female lead just clearly told the other guy no instead of sugarcoating it and giving him hope by continuing a close relationship with him despite all his sabotaging. Love like the Galaxy, but that was such a hit I presume you have seen it. Scent of Time was excellent, but if you have not seen it, I'd have to warn you about something. The Princess Royal has a rebirth theme too. Anything? I know myself how difficult it is to get recommended something, so I can continue if not.
Now that I have finished and "digested" this drama. I am at a loss as to what to watch. I am particularly fond…
Depending on what you have seen. From the very recent ones, Perfet Match, Blossom is the most similar, except there is the plot of rebirth, no other supernatural aspects, but the leads die together and she remembers her previous life. Not sure if it's a problem.
One thing is to give the BEST couple award to 5 couples, which is like the average for awards nominees and it absolutely lessens the honor. But the excellence award? That is supposed to say the performance was above all others by miles. It'd be more meaningful if they rather skipped some years than just handing it out to multiple people, because they can't pick one.
Watch Touch Your Heart, I think you will love it if you love this one. She Was Pretty is also a good one
I've seen the first one. She was pretty is not for me. I don't like the actress much and the plot of her taking so little care of herself that she walks around with untreated or uncovered rashes on her face and hair she must have actually put effort into them looking bad... because they don't know how to "uglify" her so they could still fix it... just a trailer was bad for my blood pressure. But thanks anyway. I know I have seen a lot of dramas, so finding one I haven't or intentionally didn't pass on, is difficult. I knew it was a long shot.
Anyone can recommend a drama with similar feeling? I just finished several dramas and have nothing to watch I'm in the mood for these days, when I'm done with them for the week. Yeah, there are recommendations, but I have seen a lot, so they are either dramas I've seen or know about, just don't have any intention to see. Looking for some really hidden gem.
Yeah, but when you have a romance drama, love is kind of part of the deal. With some of them, it's a big reach to get why blossom should make it to the title.
Another drama with blossom in the title, right? Not to mention some originality, how is one supposed to tell one from the other? This one at least has a flower seller, but like Blossom could have chosen any random word and it would fit the same or better even. π
But full disclosure, I haven't seen the end. I went away few episodes before finishing it and I forgot which episode was my last by the time I was back. And that's my achilles heel, which gets me stuck with many dramas. π
