Quirky Chaos

Ok! ....I'm honestly at a bit of a loss for words? But then again, writing reviews has never been my thing.

That being said, I did enjoy this movie! It was a little weird, but I also think it wasn't as random as some other people said...but, that could just be me. I didn't think it was very random. Maybe I'm just naive, but I thought there was a good amount of plot in it.

I am personally slightly sad that Hayato Onozuka wasn't in this movie as much as I thought he was going to be...I mean, I get it, there's already a ton of other characters; I'm just sayin', the main reason I picked this movie to watch was for him. But overall, I thought the characters were great, I think the story was good...the only thing I really questioned was the choice in some of the music? Especially towards the end of the movie, lol!

I'm definitely gonna start watching the drama, now. But, overall, I give this movie a fair...8/10? Could've used a bit more action, in my opinion, but that's not important...and that's really just me playing genre favorites, lol!

I hope more people give this movie a chance, in the future, if not the near future!

Do you know if the subber is still planning on subbing the rest of the episodes? The show is going up to 18 episodes, now, but only up to the first 8 have been subbed. I was just curious.

I wish the rest of the episodes would be subbed. I completely understand that subbers have lives of their own. But like...the show is now up to 18 episodes, and only the first 8 have been subbed. Kinda starting to wonder if the subber is either way busier than I though, or if they've dropped it :/....

I wonder if it's because this particular series just isn't all that popular? I mean...I could be wrong, but I think the last live-action show of this series was like, 1967 or something.... I imagine some of the newer gens probably have never even heard of it. Again, though, I could be wrong....

Is there nowhere, anymore, to check this out? I've been wanting to, but I can't seem to find it anywhere...English subbed or even raw. The links in this comment section, and in the discussion thing, no longer seem to work. I've tried....

(Late to this, I know) Maybe the subber just hasn't gotten around to subbing them, yet? I can only guess that's why, but I could be wrong....

I'm currently checking this out, now, and I think you might be right. I think it might be season 2. If that's really the case, then I can't find season 1, anywhere, for download, or for streaming....

I wish I could watch this. I love Masataka, and this looked interesting. Sadly, I can't seem to find this, anywhere, especially with English subs, and I really don't want to risk using any VPN.... It's too bad....

I could be very wrong, but it might not be out, completely, yet, because I've tried looking for it, myself (since I can't use the Japanese Prime Video), and I haven't been able to find it. It is still a very new movie.

I wanted to check this out, but I can't find it, anywhere...especially English subbed. I mean, I am trying to learn Japanese, but progress is slow (partially because I'm a slow-learner). Sad...especially nowadays, when it's become harder to watch JDramas, and not everyone has Netflix :/.

I haven't seen this remake, yet (just started the 2007 version, today), but I do like Aoi Nakamura, and...I'm appalled (is that the right word?) that some people are saying that he's "ugly". Like, I understand that people have their opinions and all, and that's fine. But calling someone ugly is just so uncalled for and a bit too far. And yes, it does bother me a little bit because imo, nobody on this planet is ugly.

Once I'm done with the 2007 version, I will be checking out this one, and ya know what? I'm looking forward to it! My curiosity has been peaked!

Oh, no, I totally get it! Making anything takes a ton of time and work! I'm only ever bothered when it's been about a year since an update and there's no explanation, even a little one, as to why, lol! But I am aware that things like adding subs do take a while. It's the same when it comes to making games. It takes time.

I haven't found anywhere, but I'm 80% sure the subber stopped subbing this show :/ (I'm not 100% sure, though, so don't quote me on that). I've been waiting for the whole thing to be subbed, but it's been a couple of months, now, and nothing after episode 3 subbed. Kinda sad, but...honestly, what can ya do?
