pure romance? h?mm, well how shall I put it? this is sort of "I can not give up loving you no matter what happens" kind of romance. There are not confusing love triangles etc. From the start you know that they are meant to be. Still the plot is very good, so even if you can guess the end you can't stop watching it. After ca. 8'th episode it becomes addictive. I do not know if it helps but you can take a look at my review.

I totally understand your time of need, Lately I have also been watching only historical dramas, and today I found myself wondering, why people were wearing stuff like jeans, shirts etc. but not joseon style robes. :) I actually have doubts about Innocent Man. What do you think about it? And The devil? I have never heard of it...well I read, that The Devil's OST is good...I guess I shall try that one. Thanks for the advice...

well actually I think there is sort of a triangle but...how shall I put it? The bromance is so dominant that you forget about the romance. I highly recommend it, but not for the love story. More or like for the sky lords (both), shooting and especially for its music.

well I do not know much about the destiny of the lovers, but during the scene where the most dark and pale guy of the drama became teen king's best friend I thought that's the destiny. And his name is Woon? (Un) :) sweet :D

I feel like, the caracter Choi Young resembles a little bit Yeo Woon of Baek Dong Soo. The way he stays still, his costumes, his talk, even the way he fights (just slightly). I wonder if Lee Min Ho has studied a little bit. :P No complains though. :) I am totally in love in both leads.
