Such a great show. A lot of laughing and a light romance made for a terrific rainy Saturday afternoon. So glad I found this one.

I loved this as well and don't understand the low rating. The journey of Tang Li Ci as he learned about himself and the mortal world was beautiful. It was hard to move on to other dramas after diving so deep emotionally with these characters.

I completely agree! A lot of the dialogue was amazing. The naturalness of their interaction at times was perfect. It was the main plot in the second half that I had an issue with. How could a writer that is so talented with that dialogue not have a better plot for those characters. It lost all of the realness that I loved when the business/family world went crazy.

The Best of You on My Mind is really good also. I hope she has some disciples that can learn well from her writing. We want more of this!!

totally agree. the hiding of what was going on from xifan also got to me. wish that arc was left out or handled as a friend or neighbor that they helped through cancer not her mother. felt too much like oath of love again.

They did a great job but the whole storyline with moms cancer just made me fast forward. we just had the exact same story with oath of love. Everything else felt fresh and well done until we got to that. should have been a 24 ep drama.

same for me as well. I hate that the dad saved him. That was done years ago in Secret Garden and I hated it then too. If they spent more time talking about deeper life issues I might have believed the relationship more than the forced history thrown at them. so disappointed

I had to take a few months off before I could watch the last few episodes. I needed to emotionally distance myself before I could finish the story. it sounds like you will be fine not watching the end.

because every episode after that brings you to tears at some point.

He is also amazing in My Lethal Man. He has a bright future ahead of him.
