Have you watched JKY's The Boy Next Door? It also stars Choi Woo Shik and is hilarious! This was way before JKY shot to fame. So what happened was that I was impressed by Hogu's Love years ago which is why I started hunting down the cast's projects which is how I had come across TBND. When DK was announced, I remember thinking JKY and comedy...? Then, as I started watching it, and saw JKY's impeccable comic timing is when I remembered how absolutely hilarious he was in TBND! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I had totally forgotten about its existence. 😂

Yeah, they use to walk for the same runways, didn't they? I remember randomly coming across a candid video on YT by an American (?) woman during LR's peak. She was probably employed as an organiser for the Seoul Fashion Week. So, it was this grainy video of Korean models, and if I remember correctly, I saw a few familiar faces, including JKY and, of course, BWS. During LR, she suddenly found her video blowing up and was bombarded by people asking how BWS actually was in real life. (I guess everyone must have been hoping he was just as nice as he comes across. Don't we all hope the same for public figures we inexplicably like, LMAO!) She said that she hardly had any interaction with him but from what little they interacted, she remembers him as nice and warm.

If you haven't watched already, you ought to try Junho's Just Between Lovers which is a sad, melancholic romance with a happy ending. Love the cast. Beautiful performances.

Exactly. They advertise Kopiko like their lives depend on it. Subway ads are everywhere: CDramas, TDramas, KDramas, etc. Eggdrop, gosh yes! Both Subway and Eggdrop ad inserts annoy me. The ones that usually get a chuckle out of me are those round portable vacuum cleaning ones. 😄

Yeah, he should come clean because even from his POV, he's causing himself a lot of angst. Best would be he confesses to Da Rim, gets rejected and closes this chapter of his life.

Even though I am still willing to defend him, I agree. What can I say, I have a soft corner for fictional characters with trust/attachment/abandonment/self-esteem issues.
