Has it finished airing and are all the episodes subtitled yet?
It's still airing right now and only two episodes are subtitled for now. The person who started subbing this drama said they were busy with school until mid-June!
I just watched the first two episodes and wow it looks really good!! I'm not even into sports dramas but…
It happened to me too! But the episodes are also on YouTube so I watched the part that didn't have subs here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZIe9j_RCKU&t=475s
I just watched the first two episodes and wow it looks really good!! I'm not even into sports dramas but this looks really interesting. The main actors are so talented, I love their acting here! The drama is also very beautifully filmed and the parts in slow motion look amazing.
Am I the only one who find the hotel scene between Book and Frame very disturbing? It's quite rapy. Isn't…
YES. I completely agree. That's why it was hard for me to finish watching the series because I couldn't believe that this rape scene (it literally is, I don't know why no one sees it as rape) was being ignored and that everyone just saw their relationship as cute. Also, Book and Frame seem to be everyone's favorite couple in the series which I find just as disturbing. But I feel like this kind of scene happens a lot in BL dramas for some reason. They just make it look like consent isn't a thing when you're gay, which is absurd.
I stopped watching this after eleven episodes (and I had thought about it before already) because I just HATE Gu Hai's character. He's so possessive and jealous and there are many things he does in the drama that are literally considered abuse. What I noticed though (especially because I watched it on Viki with timed comments) is that this drama mainly attracts young straight girls who get turned on by gay dudes. And that's absolutely disgusting. That's why it didn't really seem to shock anyone. If it were a girl/boy relationship, everyone would've said it was abuse but just because they're both guys, people see their relationship as something cute and nothing else. Their first """kiss""" (in which one of the two guys forcefully presses his lips on the other guy's while he is handcuffed and has his feet tied) made me want to vomit but everyone who was watching just said it was "cute", "hot" and "amazing" even though one of the two guys clearly didn't want to be kissed. And this is where I stopped watching because it was just too much for me and it really spreads the wrong message. And sorry if I'm not putting this as a spoiler because I want people who are considering watching this to see my comment as a disclaimer. Yes the actors did a really good job, yes the story is pretty okay, yes the cinematography is good, yes the soundtrack is pretty great BUT if you don't enjoy watching a guy being kidnapped, touched inappropriately and kissed even though he keeps saying "no" then I don't recommend watching it. That's all I have to say. If anyone wants to share their opinion, don't hesitate to reply.
She's such a brilliant actress. Her acting is truly outstanding. She can convey so many emotions through her voice and her eyes, it's amazing. She's the kind of artist that I would like to meet in person just to tell her how great I think she is.
World of Delight is such a good movie!! I went to Tokyo last week and I watched it on the plane! It made me cry.
The liar and his lover is really good too.
I loooove this article so much!! I mainly watch J-dramas so I was happy to see an article about them since they're almost always about K-dramas.... For the cinematography, I highly recommend Second Love. The cinematography is absolutely beautiful and the soundtrack just makes everything so intense. Everyone should watch it!!!
The liar and his lover is really good too.
