you'd really know where he is coming from. he's so vulnerable when talking to his dad (typical rich asian mindset).. surely, he might have not gotten any love from his own family, so he comes out strong to other people. It's his defense mechanism.

Yeah I've been telling this to people who say they're part of the community but hate this sight in a show like this? It's pretty confusing. But somehow, I realized that in some countries/cultures this "kind of gay" doesn't exist in theirs. You know in some places they may be stoned to death being like this. So as much as we hate his/her kind of backward thinking, let's try to understand somehow. (But still he/she needs to be more open-minded and further research would do.) Peace to the world!

I'm also a Filipino, and a Bisaya, and I like this side of PH culture. Some people may not like it (especially in some cultures where cross-dressers and fem gays are not a common sight - so they think Filipino shows are making fun of them) but those characters are real. There are different colors in the rainbow right? Anyhow, I love all the diversity and representations here. I hope some people stop comparing it to Thai. Pinoy BL will also have its own identity. ;)

I'm with you. but at least ep2 proves it's getting better. I just hope those people who hate it or saying bad things about it already dropped watching this. I really don't care as long as still many people love it like I do.

It's a good drama. Give it a try. I just hope people don't compare this to Thai/Chinese/Japanese quality. i think many, not all, just had their expectations so high. Philippines is starting, and I think they're starting not bad.

Probably the rating is affected by the issues in the series even before it was released. I think it is not fair for the rest of the actors and the whole production who work hard for this. I'm a part of the community and most probably that's the reason why I love BL, and I love all the representations here. Not only the different kinds of gays, but also they also show another Filipino language showcasing diversity. I love the series so far and it's getting better. I think there are no perfect BL series, but 4.5 is just too much.

This is like Netflix-original-series-level of production! Not all people are comfortable of Polyamory, and I respect people who respect that. I just love the friendship of the three, and Neo's being a free spirit really broaden my perspective. If there is any romantic relationship I was dying to see, that would be Ter and Mae (Mae deserves to be happy with her man!) and Shin and PP (so the ending gave me hope). Toptap is just so adorable being talkative and funny.

I also don't get it. Why is it making fun of them? Who are making fun of them? I'm also part of the LGBT community, but I understand there are different colors in the rainbow. Gay literally means "happy". If people don't like them, isn't it being homophobic too? At least, in my country where it is more a common sight, I have friends who are like that or even dressed like that. They're like balls of sunshine and I love them.

Just let them. They could have just not watched it and left, but they have time to check this out on MDL and post a comment. haha Also, it's not worth your time to entertain this. What's good is, there are still many people who love and appreciate the series. ;)

First, I love your name. haha Second, I totally agree with you. I see a lot of harsh comments maybe because of too much expectations brought by the trailer or Aki's issues before airing. I've seen some great BL series that started with an awkward start.. some also had a great start and a terrible ending. I'm not a fan of My Day, just yet, but I'm enjoying what Philippines has to offer. A lot of representations in the show and I love it, though some people find some offensive characters but in reality, we meet those every day. I'm also A-shin BL on YT.

Ep 1 has just ended. Probably, I'm the first commenter yet. You'll really see how the community quarantine affects the production. However, they tried their best to maximize what they have. I was impressed that could change one room into several locations like an office, bedroom, hospital, and so on. Surely, the actors are gorgeous. Sky is an interesting character and doesn't seem to be a newbie. Ace, not the best, but like other newbie actors, he is doing very well. I also love it that Ace here represents a Bisaya Filipino. It's refreshing to hear and the diversity of Filipino languages. Like many pilot episodes, you would not expect this to be the best. I still keep my hopes up for this series.

MY HEART IS BLEEDING FOR WAY. I have been waiting until this finale just to see Way and Kim's very moment exchanging I love you's for few minutes, but I got Way crying and all alone! He's too precious for this! Suddenly I hate all happy relationships! hahaha Talking about OFFGUN of since they came in cameos, I still can't forget how Pan interrupted their relationship in Theory of Love! hahaha

it's unique and new in terms of format or concept, but story and acting are definitely outstanding

Philippines is in a bad shape now, they have to have stricter measures. So we're gonna wait for 2 weeks before ep 11 will be released. The producer said he won't compromise the quality of the show. You can see the announcement on The IdeaFirst Company on their YouTube too. So, let's be a little patient. They never disappoint us anyway. ;)
