That's your own understanding of something I never said. And you just said what me and that user was exactly talking about. Anyways, everything is rumor and only one thing is sure, nothing airs unless it passes censorship.
I never said it was confirmed. All that we are talking about here are rumors. HYX being high profile was true. It's popular, highly anticipated and was predicted to overshadow every bl drama this year. But then yk released SHL, then it was CCP's anniversary, and the stricter rules. I guess 10cent lost the timing, hence the 'not getting released this year'.
I knew you were talking about JXGZ, but didn't elaborate on that because even low budget dramas can still turn out good. I was highlighting that, based on what you said, if HYX is s-class good then 10cent should be confident it will still do well and be the "best drama of 2021" regardless of how popular SHL is.
Like I said, everything are rumors. None are official. And you said it yourself, those two won't "see the light of day till BL ban issues pass" so it's still censorship related. That was what me and that user was talking about.
It's good to see that filming has resumed and seems determined to finish despite the circumstances. Heard there will be changes but hopefully it's not too big. No random additions or lovelines, and just take advantage of the source material. As long as the story that I love remains the same, I don't mind the wait.
There were estimated dates, leaks and production attempts to pass. So I'm inclined to believe it's censorship. Not to mention the collaborations/sponsors which were still released during that time even when the LA was MIA. WIK didn't pass the first round, didn't hear anything after that. Though what does low budget SHL have to do with the release of those well funded 2...
We didn't get a mag feat and seems like they won't have much screentime at HC, so its good to have these photos from the livestream. They look so good together~
This was good. The characters were interesting and well acted. I liked it everytime fl talked/fought back against her family. Not a damsel in distress but not too makjang either, it's just right. The romance was unnecessary, but it was fine. And the ending, whether people like it or not, it was good and realistic esp. MSH's and HJG's.
Overall, this was an intriguing drama and exciting watch from the first ep. to the last.
Halfway through and I can't take WY seriously anymore. Why keep telling ms. concubine not to hurt A-Qi when she literally tried to kill Qi twice now. The first time didn't sit well with me but since he wasn't there okay fine, but the second time he was right there. Qi would've recieved that stab if it wasn't for YZ. And that confession, he was listing things he had done as if expecting something in return. The difference from YZ's.
Anyways, meow meow cp is giving me kilig feels, so it's all good.
In which episode ML and FL unite? Are there any misunderstandings between them after their union?
Iirc, ep 7 is when ml found out he and fl were past lovers, but they didn't get back together. Then in ep 9 he found out the reason for the break-up and why fl did what she did. And ep 11 is when they got back together officially.
Yes, a huge misunderstanding actually because ml forgot again. The drama calls it "love amnesia".
I didn't have much expectations for this I had almost forgotten about it, but seems like it's coming soon. I'm not familiar with the ml but looking forward to PEB back in a historical drama.
A typical cold man warm woman boss-employee office romance. And this drama wasn't kidding with the amnesia plot. In the second half the main cp's story became repetitive that I actually enjoyed the 2nd cp (they're likable) scenes more. Overall, other than the loud bgm, still watchable.
10/30 and my opinion on WY had changed. He went from likable in my eyes to "definitely no second lead syndrome" here. And why was he surprised that Qi thought the entertainer was his concubine when he spent the night with her and was basically at the brothel with her all the time..? Also YY, just when I was starting to warm up to him, he goes and compete with Qi.
Their scenes are still fun, but YZ's the only guy I trust now. And Qi is still as funny as ever "give me back my leg" and ripping YZ's clothes instead of hers. lol The height difference is cute as well. LS can really make scenes that I usually find cringey into funny and enjoyable.
I don't know where the plot is heading but Lusi's styling in this is *chef's kiss* my fave of all her dramas.
First impression 3 eps in... LMAO they're chaotic. A-Qi is so cool, she's beauty, brains and skills. Lusi's comedic timing, little gestures and expressions are on point. So far I like her relationship with her family (esp. her dad lol), her bff (2ml) and her maidservant (who seems to have taken after her masters lol).
This is my first XKC drama, he looks good and so far I think he fits the character. Ml is stern but not "awful for no reason" jerk like many mls. The 2ml is likable, he's supportive but doesn't force himself in certain situations and lets the fl do her thing. And one thing you can trust Lusi with is chemistry. I feel it with ml and 2ml here. Her synergy with 2ml is good, they're believable as childhood friends. ZLS and RH being from Chengdu probably helps.
Overall, a really good first impression, and it was worth the wait. Looking forward to the rest of the eps. Also, the scene with the dog was so adorable~
This was a lot of cringe, screaming, crying and overreacting. The fl and ml are both unlikable. I wasn't rooting for them individually or as a cp.
Overall, other than the fl being a scandalous lovesick alcoholic and the ml needing a therapist the whole time, there's nothing memorable about this drama.
It's the typical city girl goes to countryside and meets/reunites with a guy trope, except fl has a bf in the city. I dislike cheating, esp. since the bf is nice, so the main cp flirting the whole time didn't sit well with me no matter how cute they were at times. But it's short so I was able to finish it. It's a typical GMM drama, light enough as a pastime.

It's a typical GMM drama, light enough as a pastime.
