I really enjoyed this drama! I had put it off due to mixed reviews, but I was in the mood for a modern romance drama with great chemistry between the leads, and this definitely delivered! It was so great to have a mature FL who didn't constantly. make stupid decisions just to drive the plot forward. The major downside for me is that this drama is wayyy toooo loooooong. It did not need to be 45 episodes. It dragged in the last third so I had to hit the FF button often to skip over some boring storylines. Overall, I'd recommend Love Designer if you're looking for a modern romance drama with mature leads.
Wow! What an intense ride! I typically love a dark romance with a toxic ML, but this story went to extremes that I didn't even expect. Pulling off a story like this requires great acting, and the performances by the ML and FL definitely rose to the occasion. Kudos to the actors as well as the writers for not holding back! It was exhilarating to watch. I rate it an 8/10. I'd be interested in seeing more dark romances from these writers.... but perhaps less extreme and easier to watch 😉.
This is helpful! I'm looking for a great "toxic romance" with some spicy kiss scenes. Sounds like this drama will…
This is amazing! Thanks so much for your recommendations! I'm adding all of these to my watchlist. I'm also struggling to get over SOKP. I keep searching for MLs in other dramas that have the same intensity, passion, dark edge, and superb kissing skills as the ML in SOKP, but I keep getting disappointed, LOL.
Just finished this... It's basically a better version of Sawan Biang. And by "better", what I mean is that in…

Pros:Nice production quality, actor of FL did a great job, pretty interesting storyline over 2/3 of the showCons:I’m…
Agree with all of your points! Overall though, I really liked this drama. It was short and sweet. The FL was charming and relatable. I don't think I've seen a drama before with this particular storyline. I'd definitely be interested in seeing a longer drama with a similar premise that would allow more time to explore the ML's growth.
I was so impressed by the beautiful cinematography, incredibly attractive actors, and awesome fight scenes. BUT, I don't like open or sad endings, and it looks like many people in the comments mentioned that MJTY had a more tragic ending.
So, I'm afraid to get invested in this drama, only to be left frustrated in the end. Is it still worth it?
Wow! Just finished this drama and I absolutely loved it! AASOL proves that you don’t always need villains, love triangles, breakups, and stupid misunderstandings to keep the audience engaged in the story. The chemistry between the ML and FL was electric! You could cut the sexual tension with a knife. I was so invested in their love story from beginning to end. The bromance was also great!
Leo Wu is such a treat for the eyes. I can’t wait to see him in more modern romance dramas, especially since he seems more comfortable now with skinship scenes compared to his previous dramas. The guy oozes sex appeal - even while he’s portraying a ML that’s such a gentleman and the biggest green flag ever, lol.
I have to admit that I was annoyed at times when the FL would pull away from the ML’s kisses, even when they were already together for two years. Overall though, I was happy with the many kisses and skinship we got in the latter half of the drama. My only disappointment was that more of the kiss scenes they filmed didn’t make it into the drama due to censorship.
I can see why some people may find this drama boring or slow, but I personally found it addictive. Leo Wu and Zhao Jinmai make such a great couple! AMAZING CHEMISTRY!
AASOL was so satisfying! I had the biggest smile on my face when it ended. This will definitely be on my rewatch list when I need a break from more angsty dramas.❤️❤️❤️
Now at episode 11, there's a particular aspect that relentlessly captures my thoughts—the dynamic between the…
Very well said! I've seen way too many dramas where the FL acts obnoxiously childish. I was so happy to see this drama portray a young and romantically inexperienced FL who's also smart and confident.
Gave it a shot and I do not regret! Lee Jae Wook - I was already a fan but this took it to new levels - he was…
Same! I recently watched this drama for the first time, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Can't stop thinking about it, and now I'm stuck watching FMVs on YouTube about this show 😁. This is also my first time watching Lee Jae Wook, and I was mesmerized by him. Definitely looking forward to his future projects.

This is the first drama I've watched with two-minute episodes. I thought the whole concept sounded ridiculous, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. The FL and ML had great chemistry, and the kid was really adorable. I would love to see the FL and ML again in a longer drama.
