I think Red Sleeve was this emotional and romantic was because they didn't show the Crown Princess and later the queen. Had they given her any noticeable screentime at all, I suspect I would have found this show emotional.

I love how Moon Sori and IU are reflecting Oh Ae Sun. IU (and the kids that played OAS) started with the character, and MSR is carrying her on perfectly.
But I am somewhat skeptical with Park Hae Joon for Gwang Sik. The kids and PBG portrayed him perfectly, but I can't say that PHJ is "perfect." When he is on-screen, I don't see the same mannerisms as the younger versions.
The moment I saw the third pregnancy, I knew there's going to be a flood of tears, since they didn't show the third kid in future. Then they talked about the boat superstition, I knew it's one of the boys.
