i wish a lot of people could read ur comment becoz u nailed it ...the paralyzing power of fear and self doubt...and the part about reactions to such aren't rational...of all the comments I have read here ppl have such idealistic expectations from Ji Woo like they wanted him to behave morally and sensibly even when he was going through so much inside...i'm not saying his actions are justified, i'm saying they are understandable and worthy of forgiveness. If you can't sympathize with him at least try to empathize with him is all i'm saying !!!

yeah even I thought the same ...that people are so used to seeing perfect characters on screen who never do anything wrong or u know characters who are expected to do everything by the ethics book like never commit mistakes and if u do realize it immediately and apologize or things like behave responsibly and morally even when ur hurting inside and when characters don't comply by these rules and behave like normal humans who are flawed and imperfect, it makes them uncomfortable...part of the reason can be that maybe ppl r tired of seeing real people around them behave in a shitty way so they want their screen counterparts to be the embodiment of perfection !!

it's so baffling to me that you people talk about therapy as if it's such a simple thing to do..like it's the same as getting treated for a cut wound..maybe where u live, a lot of people are very mature and the society is very advanced to treat mental health issues seriously and to seek professional help for it but in my place and a majority of Asian countries therapy, mental health issues etc are still a very taboo topic...people here do not get medical help for mental issues instead they even fail to accept that they have a problem to begin with simply for the fact that there is not much awareness. I had to struggle, go against so many people just to make my close family member seek professional help..so i know the general mentality regarding mental health issues...people either don't want to talk about it or they sweep it under the rug ( which again is wrong but something which happens in reality)

I'm sorry if I'm coming off as rude but it's irritating me to see people being so idealistic that this is not right or this is unethical as if wrongdoings and mistakes don't exist in the real world...again you're missing my point, I'm not saying that the right thing shouldn't be done...my purpose of using the racism analogy is that unethical or incorrect things happen around us all the time even if we don't want to.. ..I'm not condoning Ji Woo's actions at all...yes it was completely wrong to hurt someone who loves u so much ...what I'm saying is when I see the reasons behind why he was behaving that way i can understand him becoz a lot of us if put in the situation would have the tendency to act like that....to act on that tendency is a personal choice and here's where Ji Woo failed....so I understand him even if i know what hes doing is wrong...what I'm saying is that this is not bad characterization ...this is a deliberate choice by the writers to make the character resonate real fallible human tendencies...u think the writers didn't have so much sense to make a completely forgivable character if they wanted to make him like that...they could have shown someone still being caring after the breakup or behaving decently but refusing to get together..but this was a deliberate choice to ground the character as close to reality as possible.. and coming to ur comment about therapy..it's easier said than done...mental health issues are still a big taboo topic in a lot of places...I'm giving the example of my own place..i had to fight against everyone to convince a close family member (which was again not easy) to seek professional help...as much as I would like people to talk about their issues or seek medical help , majority of us still sweep our problems under the rug for fear of coming off as vulnerable or weak or simply for the fact that they are unaware that what they have is an issue which can be treated...so i'm not saying I condone bad behavior, i'm saying if I understand the reason why a person is behaving that way, I can empathize with him instead of just dismissing him......not every one in reality tries to find solutions for their mental issues..a lot of us ignore it (again i'm emphasizing that all this is wrong...what I'm saying is that it is done in reality)

there's something called lashing out when ur confused or guilty!! yes people do lash out especially when they are hurting!! yes it's not ideal and not the right thing to do but a lot of people do it in reality...maybe u r perfect enuf to have never hurt anyone with ur words or actions but a lot of us have either intentionally or unintentionally done it and not that we felt great after doing that..in fact we might have felt more miserable than before ...but at that time it was just a defense mechanism ...this is what i am emphasizing on that we are so used to seeing perfect ideal characters as leads that the whole idea of an imperfect flawed character who does not do things according to the rulebook of ethics ( which makes him more human) is so unbelievable to most of us ....welcome to the real world...we are not divided in good and bad people...most of us belong in the grey area !!!
God forbid a lead character be imperfect!! The way people are attacking JW makes me scared that in this world it's a sin if you have insecurities or you're not brave enough to confront ur issues or u use lashing out as a defense mechanism or if u feel worthless for all the things uv been through !! like I even saw someone indirectly calling him a gold digger ...like wow !!!!!

okay I having watched the drama 2wice I was sure that what u wrote above was wrong but i still checked just to remove any doubt from my mind....the car which SJ gave him was a white Hyundai ( don't know the model since I'm not very good with cars) and the one he drove back to the restaurant was SJ's black jaguar which he may have borrowed from SJ...but thank u for the attempt at undermining his character!!

I think that makes sense but Kinnporsche has a cut version for TV only which airs in Thailand ...so that's the one which trends in Thailand and I think it was alternating between 1 and 2 when triage took top spot...I saw the potential of TaeTee right from 2 Moons ( the way we were robbed of this couple in that show ) and I really wish to see them more together and become a famous BL couple like their counterparts OhmNanon etc
