I deny this news. Nope. He lives on, he is still alive and kicking. He is still the best. I saw it on the news and just nope. One of my absolutely fave. May he rest in peace and become the best hunk in heaven.
A friend told me that there is no "typical" J-Drama and now I have no idea where to start with finding one I'll…
if you want a reaaaaally beautiful story, heck of wonderful music and somewhat pace, I think you could give Nodame Cantabile a chance. Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo if you are into medical drama (but its semi slow?) Cherry Magic is a BL but very cute with a good pace. Avoid Coffe Vanilla or Kono Otoko wa Jinsei Saidai no Ayamachidesu.. An all time favorite is Followers (here its very fast pace, brings up various social problems and the high life world) Ah yeah, Gibo to Musume no Blues is very special too!

yes, that one. My grammar being in peril again >.< ofc there are typical J-Drama. The romance ones have a certain niche , so does the action and thriller ones. They are quite different than k-dramas by far imo. Pass me a genre you like and this old grandpa will point yar in the Jdroamas direction :D
I hope you get to see better Jdromas, there are a lot of them! May I recommend Kimi wa no Petto? as an example? Or if you like non fluffly darker ones, Alice in Borderlands s1 and 2 are Chef's kiss imo. Liar Game (the original) is really good, reminds you of SQUID Game, if not, Squid game is based on that.
I adore him really, he is such a superb dramaqueen in all good ways. Excellent actor, he fits like a glove with those characters. Regardless how much of an azzhat of characters he plays, he always manage to turn them into loving(lovehate in many case) characters.
He is an actor that simply understand the assignments. In Dr Cha he is that icebreaker from all serious matters with all his querkyness.
half of them dead, then 90% THAT was the only satisfaction with this drama π€£π I got hooked for the gore. I got way too much teenage drama and angst fir it to be good.
there is only ONE word for this entire drama: OBNOXIOUS! From ep1 to whats out, it's pure agony. Its a show showcasing the absolute worse of the worst of our worstest nightmare of how teenagers of today can be.
The story itself is not bad but the characters give you headache.
The current Kdrama went from good to crap
