And the choices of the director with the way he retold the meeting where they examined the live streaming incident were quite great too. Very different to what we are used.

I just rewatched a few shows with flashbacks. And I realised how different his have hit. Great directing from that guy.

I totally agree. I have not recommended Gumiho to anyone but I did recommend atypical family and search www (the latter not for him though he is great, that romance was bad)

They’re not the only one. I hated that show. But I also know the people who dislike dit are in a minority . I still find it utterly bad, the story, the pairing, the absence of chemistry. Hyeri is an excellent actress, that was just a bad show for these two

He hasn’t done anything to her. He kept his distance. He’s trying to make her quit because seeing her is a two pronged hurt.
1 he still is in love with her You don’t’ shut down feelings like that
2 he saw firsthand what it did to his mother. He would not touch her

Love has nothing to do with being an adult. Not crossing a line though is being responsible but it’s not about being an adult either. A kid could have such values as well.

And to add to what oknow said, there’s a scene in episode 1 with Seon u photographing ji hyeok’s dad with baby products.

Accent isn’t an issue. You can speak a language with your own accent. Speaking badly a language is another matter. I don’t remember if they said he was perfect in those languages which he is not evidently. His English is passable. His mandarin was kinda okay , his Levantine was atrocious. It was a comedic scene for me. I agree it was also difficult to watch.

By the way, ahn Hyo seop is Canadian. So of course his accent is okay. It’s like praising woo shik for his English while he also was brought in Canada. Or telling felix he has a beautiful Australian accent. 🤣🤣🤣 I can tell you his French is actually pretty good. It’s kinda cute.
