Not sure if it was rhetorical But there are new regulations in place when dramas exceeds the 40 episodes mark. They need to divide them and usually second part needs to be on shelf for a year. First, they were just dividing them and airing them back to back ( love like the galaxy, blue whisper) so they close that loophole. This was possible after a few months because they were labelled as two different shows. If not we would have have to wait until 2026 for the second part. China has stupid rules about dramas. It got worse in the past 5 years.

They filmed in 23, so two years. They kept in touch since then. Go youn jung revealed they came to Canada to visit her while she was filming. They’re a close bunch.
