Interns are below residents. They rotate between specialties (6 months each I think, not certain) until they choose a residency. They need to do a few of them before getting to residency and they also have a major exam in between.

That scene in the elevator was so good. If I were her I may I have asked to kiss him. She’s so endearing.
I don’t know why they’re making Kim sa bi dislikable. I was hoping she would get better but she’s still looking for herself first to the point of endangering patients just because she doesn’t like one field and one to practice in another. Honestly, I could understand her behavior towards jae il being the poster boy for the month or oh yi young because she thought she deserved to write that article but that’s too much for just character.
I adore Koo do won even when he yells at them and that intern with oh yi young needs to be more here. Remember how the twins kept making mistakes ? 🤣😁
And that scene in the break room where they all make fun of nam kyung and her ex not calling and her being on a break or a real break up….. the phone call in the cafeteria was hilarious. This was too short, I’m hoping for longer episodes. Come on 🙏

It wasn’t just that she disliked min ha. His mother was responsible for the failure of his first marriage and he couldn’t fight for her. This time he made sure that his mum would not be an impediment to his happiness. The small issue in the cafeteria was just a cherry on top for the road ahead for them both. The way he prepared his mother so that he could be with min ha was very funny and cute. And luckily for him he was helped by Andrea’s mother.
Koo do won’s character when he talks to the interns is very similar to Yang Seok Hyeong (kim dae Myung) in hospital playlist.
When kim sa bi complains it wasn’t her name on the consent form but his, his way of telling her what is important ie the patient and not her being first is so similar to how Yang Seok Hyeong would reprimand chu min ah. One of the many reasons, i really like the character.
