Both shows are excellent, very humane. I couldn’t get into the Reply series but a lot of the actors from the their shows pop up in one way or another.

You don’t have to because it’s just in the same universe so it won’t impact your viewing but it’d be a shame not to watch hospital playlist. It’s a freaking great show.
You will laugh and cry with them. And you will want to see more of them :)
The director is always teasing about a real season3 and the entire cast wants it. They had such an amazing time on this that they’d sign in a sec if it was going to happen.

I watch half of episode 29 before stopping to wait for the real 28 and it’s understandable. It’s not very good. But you can follow most of it. I’m still going to wait for the episode on Viki.

That show reminded me of fake it until you make it. The same vibe. I prefer the latter but both are quite enjoyable nd unlike most Chinese dramas quite mature.

And I just watched another li Xiang modern drama (will love in spring) where he plays a funeral cosmetic dude. The main actress has a similar vibe as Han hyo joo.
And I also started meet me with li xian and crystal (mulan and a dream of splendor)
I put the queen who crowns on hold for the time being.
