Both shows are very different in plot and genre, The Lie we lived in is a more of a crime thriller, the time of fever is a highschool drama, yet both are short korean boys love shows with a similar kind of romantic tension. The characters are attracted to eachother but are repressing these feelings, catching longing glances while holding in their desire until at one point they just cant anymore and everything releases in one moment.
both pairs have a similar visual aesthetic too, with one being more muscular and a little taller while the other one has lighter hair (and is a year older).

They are somewhat different from eachother because Love Class is a fictional boys love drama and lazicon a reality idol surival show programme but there are some similarities too. Additionally, Laz icon is kind of famous for the intense bond between two of its contestants (Daouoffroad) so watching their dynamic might satisfy some BL viewers.
