I really hope the final episode won’t be rushed

yeah, like it wouldn’t be the worst writing decision in the world or anything if they take that predictable route because it kinda DOES fit the theme of this drama but I personally feel very meh about it like spare me with the “it is what it is.” message please it’s boring. wish these writers would do something different and special with the ending for once.

well it literally IS an objectively solid drama that maintained quality and didn’t completely go downhill unlike majority of the dramas released this year. let’s not pretend the bar is high in that regard, this was a bad year for kdramas overall.

geez I didn’t know it has become controversial to say this drama is giving hometown chachacha “vibes” until I scrolled through the comments here. it’s never that serious lmao kdrama peeps get annoyed at anything and everything these days.

anyway, this is gonna be a hit. I can feel it. love the writer’s past projects and the lead actors are of my favorites so the chances are big I will like this!

exactly lol it’s quite clear that a love triangle is being set up and i think it’s fair enough that people tend to mention the writer’s previous work here because at least so far this has been following the same formula. if the triangle overshadows every other aspect of the show like it did in start up, it’s gonna be a bummer.

i have no major gripe with this drama so far other than that i think cheong ah deserves more screen time. and I hope the remaining episodes won’t be rushed because there’s still so much to resolve and many questions left unanswered.

I think the writer is just misleading us to believe kiho is woohak and he just doesn’t remember it cuz of memory loss. to me it’s clear that kiho will be revealed to be in fact bogeol and we will learn why he’s hiding his identity, what happened to him in those 15 years and how he ended up in that family because they can’t be his biological parents obviously. but I’m not sure which one of the brothers is going to be endgame in terms of romance. Last time I watched a drama from this scriptwriter, the female lead did not end up with the one she had a childhood connection with so this could go either way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

knowing the writer, I’m afraid she’s gonna throw a pointless love triangle in there once again just for the sake of creating buzz . I will give this a chance though. for park eunbin only!

some of the commenters on this site really need to stop hiding behind this “kdrama fans are toxic and dumb.” bullshit to shut off any valid criticism of a piece of fiction. you do this with every drama involving a popular actor, like clockwork…the fact that you all resort to personal insults to people over their harmless opinion is so childish and pathetic. do these writers pay you to defend their work and honor? lol go outside and touch grass i beg you. if you can’t handle negative opinions of dramas starring your favorite actors, maybe just avoid the comment section of mdl or any other kdrama forum that is a space for casual viewers and objective discussions for that matter? you hardcore stans and worshipers of actors and actresses belong to twitter. Enough with policing people here, you snowflakes .

what a snoozefest this was

I find it pretty bland idk. i didn’t feel anything for any of the characters :/ and why was iu underutilized in this lol they didn’t give her anything to work with, her character is just.. there

i mean, all romcoms have their own fair share of tropes and cliches don’t they… but so far im enjoying this more than king the land, it’s silly but like in a good & entertaining way. king the land bored me at times.

the second lead went from cute to creepy real quick lol
