Is SJ back in Eclipse after Sol erased herself from his memories? Or did he retire like he wanted to in ep 1? I can't tell considering how they're only talking about his acting career. And the ep where they showed Eclipse "releasing 5th album" (pre memory being erased) and SJ wasn't in that pic. Also it seems like IH got all the brand deals that SJ use to have (the scene in ep 13 when Sol was drinking with TS)?? Not super significant to the plot line, I'm just curious π
Currently on ep 7, can someone answer my question below?
I'm okay with spoilers: Did Haein's older brother kill himself? The look he made before he jumped in to save Haein didn't look like a pleasant one. He wasn't even worried or frantic.. he just looked empty
Had the biggest SLS for this drama. Idk if it's bc his personality was just easier to like than ML or what.. but excited to see the actor in new dramas!
I thought they were so cute but as more things are revealed about their past, it's so clear why it ended. It clearly feels like she loves him more than he loves her and that he likes the attention that she gives him. I use to think that HH was just young and didn't "understand" his actions but his choice of words are just so hurtful. Maybe it's translation error but.. he's so mean to HW. I get that maybe he feels like he can banter with her bc of their past relationship but every time he clears up a past problem, he brings up a new one! HE was the one who called her here, she was perfectly fine, she was finally moving on. So why is it not obvious that she acted the way she did during the pre-interview?? He also said the most hurtful things to her when breaking up with her (like bih.. she remembered every. single. word. that's how much it hurt her). & then to say that she's being "unattractive" or is the most unattractive to him "right now" in the transit house bc of the way she's acting?? LIKE BOY. YOU REOPENED A WOUND AND IS PUTTING SALT IN IT. At this point, (imo) he only invited her here so he can justify and prove to her that he isn't a bad person. "Aren't you glad you came? So you knew that I lied when we broke up?" Okay, and??? Are you here to just tell me that you lied?? If so, he should have just left it as is. If you say mean things and break it off, you have to let her go, and let her continue life thinking you're the bad guy so she can get over it faster. Bc revealing that you lied and not fighting for her back is just pointless. She was good and now you're hurting her all over again. Makes NO sense AT ALL. I was so irritated with HH this ep.
This is probably unpopular opinion but I honestly donβt think HH deserves the hate that he is getting. In the…
Not unpopular opinion! I second it. They're both at fault bc they're young and lack communication skills. Is it appropriate to say she's "so girl" and he's "so boy"? Idk how else to explain it. Like for the candy situation, he was probably convinced that sharing the candy is a clear sign of "hey I'm still thinking about you bc these candies represents a good memory" but HW is like "the candy is so precious to me and to how our relationship was, so I hope he also cherishes it like i did". Like her thinking of something so "small" is so complex and his thinking is just point blank, black and white LOL (I hope this makes sense).
As much as i love them and want them to get back together, I think since they're so young.. they should take this opportunity to let go of this love. Leave the good memories in the past and find someone new. HH clearly has a couple of girls who peak his interest and HW.. I just hope she finds someone who can give her the stability that she wants and deserves. If it's not someone here, then I hope she can leave this place feeling like she has officially closed that chapter with HH and move on.
If you can get over the secondhand embarrassment, the bad acting (mainly from ML), and constantly remind yourself this is a wattpad adaptation.. it's not bad LOL A good mindless/pass time watch
To each their own, but I personally really enjoyed the drama. I agree with majority that the trajectory of the plot changed in the second half but I also think it wasn't "out of the blue". It changed bc they changed. They weren't kids anymore and were considered adults in the second half. Making their own decisions and facing the consequences of those decisions. We also got to see what happened in ML's past and FL's fighting certain "boulders"(iykyk) to find her own path for her own life.
Without spoiling anything, I would say the first half is about two kids with troubled homes/past who found comfort and support in each other. Second half, young adults who reconnect and develop deep feelings for each other while supporting each other's dreams.
It isn't as romantic and fluffy as WIFTY, but the leads still have amazing chemistry. I think it was nicely developed too. And there are definitely some kicking my feet in the air moments too.
Definitely watch the special ep to get some more answers.
I think if you go into this drama thinking it will be as romantic and cute as WIFTY, you'll be greatly disappointed. ZYR's characters in both dramas are drastically different, but tbh.. I might like Shen Juan a little more π³
There are a lot of scenes focused on the main characters working in their fields and you can skip majority of them without losing the idea of the plot. But I believe there are at least 2 crisis scenes that involve both the main leads that I would recommend watching bc it shows developments in their relationship.
Main leads relationship wasn't draggy, one of the healthiest couple I've seen in dramaland. Second leads relationship was a drag towards the middle, I skipped their parts π³ The third couple was just kind of there (imo) LOL

If someone described me like that, I'm falling in love LOL
