If people just found Teh as an annoying character with no depth and couldn't relate to him or find comfort in him, then Itsay wouldn't have become so popular. There are a reason why LGBTQ+ members love that drama, it's because they feel represented. Teh did make mistakes, but his confusion was justified cause he lived in the country side where straight relationships were normalised so he wasn't sure if what he was feeling was normal. Maybe to you, he was an annoying character, but to plenty of others, he wasn't. But in I promised you the moon, I can't relate to him at all and find a single reason to justify his actions. Everyone accepts him and loves him for the way he is, there was literally no reason to cheat. It's like the writers created a new character

And also, it was the writers who totally killed Teh's character...they made me hate my comfort character to such an extent...so even if the camera work and music is good, doesn't mean that all people will enjoy it cause the storyline is so messed up....

Well let me break it to you...I never said that people don't cheat. But it's not realistic to get together with your cheater and "live happily ever". In fact in realistic situations, people will never get back together with cheaters cause the trust is lost anyway. Here, Teh is not the villain, he is literally the main protagonist and my comfort character in ITSAY who I related to a lot, so obviously I am gonna feel disappointed
I agree...I loved the way 1000 stars ended. A sequel would only mess it up in my opinion.
I don't mind 5 or 6 or 7 or more special episodes for 1000 stars like they did for Still Together, but definitely not sequels...but the director is P Aof so I trust him cause he knows what he is doing

Wow…Teh was such a disappointment…I would love to have a person like Oh by my side but Teh just takes him for granted. Think about it, Teh had sex with him just so that it would help him in his work to “recreate the moment” or whatever, not to mention the “kiss”. This episode ruined my day, I have lost hope for sequels…and the worst part is, the character is stuck in my head so I won’t even be able to rewatch ITSAY again…hoping and praying that 1000 stars won’t have one…
I have definitely been waiting since the trailer was released (Ohm and Nanon are sooo cute!!). But as much as I want it to come sooner, I hope they don’t rush the filming and take their time. A lot of people have high expectations for this one cause of P Aof and the 2 cute lovable main leads. I hope I get to see another masterpiece from Gmmtv this year after 1000 stars
THE FLOWER SCENE HAD ME IN TEARS! Maybe it’s just me, but whenever I tend to see a bouquet of flowers, I tend to cringe a bit. Probably because flowers have always been over used, and couples tend to gift each other flowers for something like their 2 week anniversary or 2 month anniversary, which I personally tend to find a bit silly rather than romantic, as if you treat your relationship as goals to be achieved give each other prizes after completing it. But if it makes them happy then I won’t judge of course. However, here, the flower scene felt so right, cause it was Teh’s first play in university, and Oh was so proud of his achievement and congratulated him…It was such a happy and moment…but of course when Teh left without the flowers, I cried again...
I hope Yunho gets a main lead in another drama soon...cause HE NAILED IT HERE!! I can totally feel for his character Yujin and his passion for dancing...hope Sparkling will make it!!!

I keep coming back here to the point that this series feels like home. It has become my comfort zone. As a break from real life, the moment I try to watch some other BL series, I am appalled by the unhealthy and toxic relationships, mocking of cultures, homophobia that is portrayed in there, to the point where my head hurts. Then I come back here, to feel valid, to feel comforted. I am at a point where I have memorized each scene and what comes after that. Wonder how much longer I will have to wait to watch such a series like this again…
