Did anyone realize how much of a hypocrite Wai is? Like, no hate, but I remember clearly that in the first episode in the opening scene where Wai was running away from Pat's friends, and Wai said to Pat that he was outnumbered so it's not a fair fight. At that time Pat actually gave him time to call his friends!! But what did Wai do in this episode?? He was ready to take all four of his friends to beat up Pat, even though it was in no way fair to Pat since he was alone...like that was really low of him...

I think people need to understand that the main theme of this series revolves around how Pat and Pran move forward with their relationship and overcome conflicts like their friends and parents. So while I understand the frustration regarding the friends, don’t forget that this series doesn’t revolve around them, it revolves around Pat and Pran. I mean, even if they are assholes, the main focus of the series is not to make the audience like their friends or family, it’s to make us fall in love with Pat and Pran’s relationship. So if the conflicts and the other characters (except Pat and Pran) make you feel frustrated, it means that the series has done a good job!!
Ohm is one of the few Thai BL actors who genuinely understands and supports the LGBTQ+ community. In one interview, he expressed how thankful he is for all his roles in BL series and how he got to learn from each of the characters, which helped him understand more about the community. He even talks about same sex marriage equality and other stuff during the interview. He elaborated his points rather than saying the usual "love is love"...I seriously love him sooo much💙
You know those jealousy tropes in BLs where the main lead loses his mind out of jealousy when he sees the other main lead with their friends, and literally treats the other main lead as an object/property with the constant "He's mine, don't touch him"....such tropes are so toxic...But in Bad Buddy, I could completely understand Pat's jealousy and pain towards Wai, it was completely non-toxic. Wai has all those things that Pat deeply desired....being close to Pran in front of others, not having to hide their friendship, being approved by his parents...
But even after all this, he stopped his friends from fighting so that Pran wouldn't get hurt...He wasn't the one who initiated the fight with Wai, and even after Pran picked up his collar, he didn't lay a finger on him. He could have confronted Pran in his drunken state, but he didn't....he took a shower to cool down his head and clear his thoughts because he wanted to communicate with Pran and not hurt him....This shows how much love and respect he has for Pran....I just love him so much!!!

Exactly...they are so attractive and beautiful, but their acting is what really draws me into the series and to feel emotions that I have never felt before... I am also very glad that A Tale of Thousand Stars and Bad Buddy didn't air during the lockdown, or else I would have seriously needed multiple therapy sessions lol
There will always be a gap, it's not only the pandemic but their age too , I think that 2gether actors were younger…
But Ohm and Nanon are 2000 liners and are younger than Bright and Win (2gether actors). As for handsome, well it’s a subjective topic…but I don’t think there is one person here who doesn’t find Ohm Pawat handsome…heck, he even fits the beauty standards with his face and his hot built body…top that with his top-tier acting, he is literally the whole package. Bright wasn’t able to convince loads of people with his acting, but people (including me) still watched it cause there was literally nothing else to watch. I agree with the target audience part though, I think Bad Buddy has a more mature audience because a lot of younger people might not prefer angst…
A lot of people are here wondering whether Bad buddy is doing as good as 2gether or not in terms of views and popularity. Well first, let me make it clear that 2gether was aired during the pandemic, to be specific, at the start of the lockdown. People were locked in their homes, scared to even step outside and wanted something, anything, to kill time during such a situation, and that’s exactly when 2gether aired…People not only watched, but also rewatched each episode multiple times…So of course the series had an advantage…
But now everything is back to normal, people have started going back to work, some people barely have time to watch it once, even if they are interested. YET…yet Bad buddy episodes are get millions of views in 2/3 days…EPISODE 5 PART 4 EVEN GOT 1 MILLION IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS…This is huge already!!!
Now, imagine if Bad buddy had aired at the time of pandemic?? People would have gone crazy, and I am sure each part of each episode would have easily gotten 3-4 million views in 24 hours, (way more than 2gether imo). That’s because Nanon and Ohm are very experienced and passionate actors (which has already been proved in Bad Buddy) and they already have their own fanbases. But I personally am fine with the fact that it didn’t air during the pandemic, because I wouldn’t have been able to handle the angst. Of course, it does deserve a lot more views and popularity, but I am happy with its current popularity…Plus, the love and appreciation that this series is getting makes me really happy💙 cause it's not shallow appreciation like "the actors look good or whatever", people are genuinely appreciating the acting, directing, OSTs and other stuff...

Yes no doubt about that...P Aof really knows how to bring out the best in people!! 1000 stars will always have a special place in my heart, and now even Bad Buddy! I have seen a lot of actors who have acted in many shows but still didn't make an impact...but Ohm and Nanon are not only experienced but also passionate...they take their time to really understand the characters which is evident from their series they have acted in!!
This is what happens when you put 2 of the greatest, most talented actors and 1 amazingly passionate director in one series💜💙...Definitely one of the greatest series so far, which shouldn't be limited to the BL category in my opinion!!
