I'm so sad to say bye 🥹 Link is my favorite 2022 drama I've watched!!

I agree that the thriller fell flat though. It was built up really well but the reveal was overdue and everything felt kind of simple compared to what the show built. However, I'm not a fan of thriller to begin with so episode 15 made up for my disappointment the week before. I definitely understand those that are disappointed though. The thriller outcome is similar to "You Are My Spring" in that regard (imo). You either leave satisfied with what the show gave you (even if you have questions) or it'll dampen the series for you.

Aside from that, I wish we got a few more answers for some situations but I'll discuss that more below lol.

I have to mention the osts because they really did their job 😭😭😭 I never knew this show would make me as sad as it did but the combination of the acting, story, and ost got me 🥹

Anyways, I loved the acting and story (for the most part). I'm glad I watched 🥰

Also, just 1 more thing that was never explained - how did the murdered know about the fridge? Maybe the stalker…
The stalker had a habit of rambling off info to get himself out of trouble. Even right before he was murdered he told the killer Dahyun was going to get her memories back soon to save himself but it didn't work. I'm stalker told him how he was almost murdered whether it was to put him in a better light or just because.

Episode 16 was messy to me but I did enjoy it, especially the last 10-20 mins 😊 it's not that I thought what happened was bad but it was a veryyyy jam-packed episode with situations changing every few minutes like whewww 😂😭

But it didn't affect the way I view the show, it's one of my favorites!!! I loved all the characters and humor, it was so enjoyable! I decided to watch it based off the synopsis and ML and I was not disappointed! This was my 3rd drama for both main leads as well 🥰

It's a must watch, I hope it gets more attention!!

The last episode made me happy ☺️☺️☺️

Taejun is one of the best dramaland boyfriend’s out here 🥰😌 I loved him and Taeyang as a couple as well, though I felt like they were unequally yolked at times. TJ always put his everything into the relationship. Sometimes I wished TY would have took the risks/efforts TJ did 😭 I liked her too though, she had a lot going on as we saw 😅

The side characters were great, I loved how the majority of the team was dating 🤣🤣 some of them needed character development to get on my good side but in the end they brought a lot of humor to the show and were lovable! I loved the main coach and the trainer as well.

I wasn’t a fan of the other coach, the non national team one. He was pretty aggy and abusive to the team. I also don’t like TJ’s parents. I think it’s a disservice that we never got a conversation of TJ going in on them but I guess he dealt with his inferiority issues with his sister and TY and the writers thought that was enough 🙄 TY’s mom was a throwaway tbh. I loved the sister showing up at the end but other than that the mom’s inclusion wasn’t necessary. I think TY could have dealt with her abandonment issues without her presence but I didn’t hate it 🤷🏾‍♀️

I also wished some of plots closed earlier than they did. There was a lottt going on and it felt like nothing was ending which was stressful. It made the show angsty as heck 😭 I also didn’t like how everyone genuinely thought TY was only to blame for the accident. That was a bit startling because JY was an adult too. She was pushed to go but TY didn’t hurt her on purpose.

I loved all the couples from the show!! I wish JH was over JY earlier so I could feel like everyone else about Yumin and his relationship 😭 they just felt a tad bit rushed to me and Yumin got made frequently (well deserved many times but she was also pushy in the beginning). They were cute though 💛

Overall I think it was a good watch. It was a relatively easy watch and made me happy many weeks! The 1st half was great and exciting!! The 2nd half didn’t live up to the 1st but it had great moments too. It definitely went from romcom to rom melo when we got to the 2nd half though. The sports theme is there but more in the beginning and end, it was lowkey during the middle. The parents were irredeemable in my eyes as well, sorry not sorry 👎🏾 My favorite part of the show were characters (and the theme song 😂). I think it’s an 8.5 for me 😊💙

Sorry this is long 😭

Which episode did they breakupand how long?
You can tell that they still like each other. ML makes it very known during the eps they're broken up. They just need time to officially get back together.

i think this show is handling things very well, contrary to what others are saying, tbh i've seen much worse writing,…
Yeah I've seen worse writing for sure. The writing isn't my favorite but I wouldn't consider it bad. I thought the first half had great writing and things just kind of got angsty in the 2nd half but like you said it's not out of the ordinary for dramas, especially Melos 😭

Yeah good, but why do they kiss like that? It looks so weird like it's forced.
I think it's because both are famous Kpop idols but yeah it was veryyyy awkward. I wish they would have just left it out 😭 loved the show though!

is there a lot of romance?
Umm it's there but it definitely comes after the other genres of the show. The fantasy and mystery are more present in my opinion. The show is still great though!

Is your on hold list like mine, chanses of actually picking back up almost as low as picking up from the dropped…
Yes it is but I forced myself to finish a number of my on-hold dramas which is why my list is short right now 😂 and same, if I didn't finish the first episode I leave it on my PTW too!
Shiro May 27, 2022
I used to have a hard time dropping/putting on hold but I've been getting better because I feel like there's too many shows out there to waste my time all in the name of completing 😭 For the few shows I continued despite not being interested/ really liking them, I still felt the same way or worse about them in the end (ex. Search WWW & Vincenzo 🌚). Finishing both wasn't worth my time regardless of the hype (Vincenzo) or the feeling of completion. I do try to finish at least 2-4 episodes so I know I gave the drama a chance but if there's really nothing interesting me I'm putting it on hold at the very least. I can see myself dropping dramas earlier on in the future though lol.

i honestly feel it added way more depth into its character, and a shorter version may have felt rushed since it…
Agreed!! I'm glad they didn't just vaguely explain his backstory, I dislike when things are built up just to be glossed over. My hope is that Goo Ryun gets as much (maybe a little more lol) time for her backstory because that's something I've been waiting for!! And Joon Woong of course :)

I just knew PJG was Mrs. Koo's ex-husband in Joseon days. But are they both aware? Does that mean the ripped red…
I don’t think they’re aware if we’re right about PJG. At the most, I think Ryeon is somewhat aware or fully aware but PJG knows nothing. We’ll have to see 👀

I think Ryeon is in hell because she committed suicide. If that’s true that means their string is broken but I’m thinking it will be mended in the future 🤔

The show has always been 16 eps lol

I think his eyes were glowing because PJG was showing him what hell was like. Giving him a visual representation so he was seeing flames and what not.

Just my commentary and opinions lol, I love your comment ☺️

I was planning to re-watch this drama from start it was that mind blowing. But after last episode had cancel it.…
Felt 😭 and you have the right to feel how you do about the show 🙂
On Twenty Five Twenty One Apr 6, 2022
The way some of y’all are upset on how people feel about the drama 😭 everyone has the right to feel how they do and rate the drama as they want! What happened to everyone having their own opinion, this drama isn’t different than any other drama in that aspect.

Personally, I’ve been reading why people thought the ending makes sense and I appreciate that pov. I can understand that side better now but my opinion on the ending hasn’t really changed. I just feel like I can accept it at some point now if that makes sense. But overall the ending did make me feel different about the series so my rating won’t be as high as I expected but I’m gonna take into account how I felt about the rest.

All in all, everyone is different and that’s ok and should be respected 😭 I think this drama was extremely popular so people are probably still gonna watch it and the rating isn’t gonna drop that low.

Just my think piece though 😂

ive been seeing some comments that said that FL is divorced. Was it mentioned in the drama? did i miss something?
People are getting that from her comment about divorce at Seung Wan Dad’s funeral. It was never confirmed though.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this invested in a drama, maybe that’s why it hurts so bad 🥹 I don’t think I’m ever gonna move on from this or be satisfied with the end. This show will stick with me for a while but not for the reasons I thought it would 💔
