JS and PJY 's dynamics/chemistry is out of the world. PJY's acting is superb too, good to see him active after Got7. Can't wait to watch more of JS and KMJ. They look H-O-T in the preview ep 8.
Though I'd prefer WTK with NSW, I actually quite like the relationship between WTK and SDO, it's one of those special kinds. But I think people can have confidants amongs families and friends, not just romantic relationships.
Interesting how WTK is turning out to be the 'stronger' one in his relations with the others. Well, except NGSW. That guy is devilishly hilarious, playing/bugging/poking/etc others. He's smart though, knows exactly whats going on.
I think it's a great move for KBL and ThaiBL to cooperate. I'm curious to see how they will merge the two, very different, styles of production. That is if they consider doing it. JKK is a great choice for ML just by the simple fact that he has nice skin LOL. Koreans are famous for their flawless skin, and Kdramas often has close up shots, much more than other dramas. I've also notices that in the trailer, P and YO kissed the Kdrama way. Basically the simple clean kisses, on the lips but in a 'stand still' shot. Nothing hot and heavy, nothing dirty or vulgar, no tongues no slobbering. But that's just the trailer, so we'll see how the entire drama goes. ThaiBLs has a lot of sound effēcts for different situations. Like sounds of crow when someone says something 'bizarre'. ThaiBLs often give those 'sniff' kisses. I read in one comment before that Thais are conservative regarding PDA, hence they tend to 'sniff kiss' when in public. It'll be intereting just to see how the drama will join each countries characteristics.
I'm finding the drama getting less enjoyable, at least to me. Have started skipping multliple storylines. The only story line that I've watch all the way through with interest and engagement was DJH and his relationship with KJW. I also love how KJW drill that intern (I think he's an intern) and the intern can never answer KJW's oral tests. That was funny.
JSA is creepy but very attractive. I'm always impressed with Ji Sung's acting. He connects so well with other charactors in multiple levels. I've seen a number of dramas where the ML cannot even establish proper chemistry with the FL let alone other charactors.
AMAZING DRAMA! The concept is different and fresh, unlike other law genre kdramas. Love the dynamics between KYH and JSA ! 10/10 for me. Looking forward to ep 7 next week !
Love it! The only thing I missed is: How come the zombie vet and his zombie wife could die from bullets, but KMY cannot? KMY told the vet that his zombie wife wanted to die, so I'm guessig that's why she did even she's a zombie? But what about the vet though??

LOL. Agree, the accident kissings are BL's. I think there's something similar in the mainstream dramas, not kissing though. It's when the girl trips and falls, and the guy catches her on time before she gets hurt, as a result they end up in this tango position looking at each other. LOL these silly scenes.
It's a memorable movie. It got me thinking alot about the culture of concubinage.
What kept me thinking was: why do the concubines fight each other, to the point of causing death, just to be able to sleep with the husband? Somehow they see being chosen by the husband to bed with that night is a 'glory'. And that it means they are his 'favorite'.
It's a culture I can't seem to understand well. From what I see in the movie, regardless if they get chosen to bed the man, they all are given an apartment to live, all has one attendant, all eat the same food together in the dinning room. So, if it was me, I'd rather not get chosen. That way I still get all the material things/'salaries' without serving sex/'working'. Concubines are very much like inhouse 'hostess? prostitutes?'.
The only 2 'reward' that I can see for being chosen is: you get to brag about the red lanterns getting lite at your apartment that night; and you get to choose the menu the next. I don't know. I'd rather get 'paid' without 'working', then getting to brag and choose what food everyone will eat.
