It depends on where you are located. In some countries it's available on youtube and the rest on iQIYI. You can see which countries have access to it on youtube where the membership perks are described (you need to have the membership on yt to watch the uncut version). If you are in one of the countries where it is not available then you can watch it on iQIYI.

We already saw Dean & Pharm's story so I doubt they will get much focus in BU, and I also think they won't go too deeply into Pruk & Manaow (based on what we've seen so far). So it'll most likely be 80% WinTeam, 10% Wantul, 5% BeePrince and 5% PrukManaow & DeanPharm. That's my guess at least.

As far as I'm aware they aren't in the novel but since the script writer is also the author of the novel I'm sure she had her reasons for adding them. It is her story after all.
