I just googled it and it looks like yt membership is not available in Pakistan in general I think? Do you know anyone who has used the feature there?

Can you use your VPN and set it to a country that has access to yt membership and see if the button shows up for you? (Try Germany, they should have access to the membership and episodes without issue)
