tbh I've seen way worse (yes, I'm talking about you Vice Versa and Bad Buddy lol) and they did keep a lot of the ads in the extra stories after the end of the episodes so at least that's something 😅🤷🏼♀️
I started watching the series back in 2019 but somehow dropped it. I don't really know why. Maybe I wasn't ready…
They dropped just enough of WinTeam's story in UWMA to get us curious but definitely didn't show us even 1/4 of their story so there's plenty to explore in Between Us :)
do i have to watch UWMA to understand this story? i tried to watch it, but couldn't get into it... this series…
You don't have to watch UWMA to know what's going on since the story in Between Us runs parallel to UWMA (almost same timeline) but you might miss a couple inside jokes/references to UWMA here and there (for example the brocolli scene in the trailer)

I think that (most likely) the only couple to get some decent screentime other than WinTeam will be WanTul. We've already seen DeanPharm's story, ManowPruk's is very simple and sweet and I doubt there'll be much focus on the last one (Bee x ??) since it looks like the ABC gang will be the comedic relief more than anything else. Let's hope that that'll be the case 🙏🏻

I personally didn't find it confusing at all, I just think the episode overall was written extremely poorly.
Oh, I'm pissed at Kanlong for forgiving him so easily. Like... Thua did the same shit he accused Akk of, did /not/ admit he did so publicly but instead only talked about how Akk did what he did and then he proceeded to just out Aye and Akk in front of the whole school for absolutely no reason! ugh

@WanderingAstronaut It was probably an honest mistake. It can happen since we're only human. But also maybe they had every intention of leaving that little bit in but had to cut it because of time restrictions. We didn't have the opening credits again this week and I'm guessing that was to buy more time for actual scenes.
