There is an uncut version on yt as well for the countries that can't watch it on iQIYI. You just have to pay for a membership to watch it. So it really depends on where you are located.

According to SWS's youtube channel: The yt subscription is NOT available for South East Asia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, North and South America and Australia. These countries should have access to BU on iQIYI. I hope this helps.
