No, the online versions are released on both iQIYI and youtube at 23:45 (GMT+7).
They've been having some issues with the episodes getting geo locked in some european countries (e.g. UK, France, Netherlands) when they shouldn't have but they are trying to fix it.

So far I think they only cut the intimate scenes. But for example, in My Only 12% they were cutting a few more 'not as neccessary' to the plot scenes. We'll see if they do that with BU or not.

Episode 2 did not have any old footage from UWMA except for the flashbacks. The changes to Win's hair are because the story is shot 'out of order' so one day in the story could be shot over multiple filming days for them.
