I highly doubt it's 98% since there are 673 entries out of 3k above 5.5 or higher. It would be also more reasonable to even exclude all short/web-dramas. So that would bring it to something around 673/1500 which is roughly 45%. Why 5.5 and higher? Usually these are the ones with some merits to them and rising potential. When there's something worthy about these ones I do mention it positively while criticizing it. On the other hand, lower ones don't have much positives to mention in the first place but I still do whenever I catch something worthy, often, it's the cast members who are doing a good job in a doomed project. I try to give my opinion backed with reasoning when criticizing something, however, there are some titles I watched a long time ago that were short, didn't have a proper reasoning and need a rewrite someday.
