Feels like it was written by a 15 yo teenager. Like who is this for? How come this got an average rating of 7.6 on MDL? The age gap people talking about is completely irrelevant as this drama is extremely flawed in every aspect and I would say it's straight up just bad. At the time of writing this comment I've seen over 100 dramas and this by far is the worst, literally. Casting: some of the adult cast were fine. All the student cast were just bad with no acting experience. Robotic facial expression like reading script from a paper. Awful cinematography, weird awkward static shots everywhere and lots of overexposure every now and then. Plain boring story to what seemed at first an interesting synopsis. The entire school dynamic was done poorly with lots of meaningless bullying. Too bad I don't drop anything otherwise I would easily have dropped it.
Weird poster doesn't give a good presentation of the actual drama. As @Cryostark commented below, I wish FL showed a bit more affection and love towards ML. ML was heads over heels in love with FL but it didn't feel like it was the case FL. I understand what FL went through, she still remember her ex and she knows about the ML surgery, but I hoped maybe towards the end after the ML showed up their relationships would be more affectionate. And as always, the drama ends in literally 3 minutes when both leads meet/reunite. I hate when dramas don't give a breathing room before the credits.
This shouldn't have been more than 12 episodes yet somehow it got stretched to unbearable 20 episodes of boredom and facepalming. I keep making the same mistake and watch dramas from this screenwriter (Ha Myung Hee), I just don't have the habit to check who is the writer before watching. I watched this drama for Hyun Jin anyway but the drama itself was very average and flawed. 5/10
Really slow and draggy. The story was short but it got stretched way too thin with fillers for 16 episodes. They could have explored more aspects of the story or just make it 12 episodes.
I usually watch dramas without checking who's the writer/director but for every drama I watched by this writer I was wondering wtf is up with the writing until I checked who is the writer which turned to be her. The writing is so weird, detached from reality and has no good construction.
The writing is all over the place. The story is too ambitious but the execution is not good. Way too many plot holes. The leads chemistry is meh at best. The last plot twist was completely unnecessary and stupid. Overall, this is the most mediocre average (4.5)5/10 show I ever seen.
It was.... ok-ish. As someone commented it did feel incomplete and empty. Most of the time towards the end they were giving a resolution to everything very loosely just for the sake of it which led to a weaker writing. Most of the characters didn't feel like they had a strong connection, also both leads had some what of an artificial chemistry. It had its nice moments but very mediocre overall.
Wow that was the worst few last episodes of any drama ever. Wtf are the writers thinking? What even worse is that they only gave the leads 3 minutes to meet before the credits. It really progressed nicely but the whole ending is just utter crap and leaves a sour taste although it's not a sad ending.
Watched this because I liked the FL from previous dramas and I wasn't disappointed. It started off weak but it got a lot better as it kept going. Watching this at the end of 2021 makes their prediction of the future from 2022 hilarious and amusing. Would recommend this drama for sure!
It really is worth watching. I'm hurrying to watch all episodes before Oct. 29 lol
Just finished it. I know what you mean, the ML might be acting different at ep5 as a newlywed towards his wife but there is a reason for that. Give it more time, it gets a lot better.
The few first episodes started off weak, boring and filled with predictable cringe. But it got better later on, although the ML weird laugh got out of hand in the second half of the series after the time skip. Overall good drama!
All the siblings and their relationships were great and I had no complains. On the other hand, I couldn't stand or care at all about the street market and the lost sister story, Kang Cho Yeon's scenes were just too boring and uninteresting. Maybe because I just liked the siblings' relationships too much that I started to see everything else as a filler. Anyway, great entertaining drama!
Watched this drama for Shin Hae Sun and I wasn't disappointed. Great drama, all couples were lovely but Lee Yeon Tae and Kim Sang Min were the best couple for sure!
Not the biggest fan of the ending although it's justifiable. Why wouldn't the Ma Go allow Man Wol to start aging instead of going to the other life? Technically, Man Wol, unlike the other hotel staff, wasn't dead she just stopped aging when she met Man Wol so after lifting up her curse she should just start aging aging along side Chan Sung!
Not good. Sloppy mess. Left me unsatisfied. Watched this drama after finishing My Father is Strange. Anyway, It had some nice moments to be remembered. Shin Hae Sun almost broke her back solo carrying the entire 52 episodes, would have had dropped it otherwise.

Also "Search WWW" is a great drama too :)
