I like how in this drama ML is simply a green flag. A bit childish and arrogant, but a clever, good and honorable man.
Im Jae I is slowly redeeming himself, but he's too late. He doesn't deserve FL, but he deserves someone taking care of him (still, has a long road ahead of him).
I’m lowkey stressed about the catfishing. It’s like they are unintentionally leading their rival on in each…
I know - Eun Jo as Yi Yeol is completely unaware of what she's doing, but Yi Yeol knows and he hates what he sees in Im Jae I's eyes. Fingers crossed it won't spoil the drama. And if they keep switching back nd forth, it will be even crazier.
This kind of emotional scenes when we see them in their real bodies (even though they are still swapped) was also…
I was worried about the execution, but it's great so far - yes, it's a tired theme (as childhood friends, memory loss, communication issues etc.), but I think in this case is somehow working (it's not cringe).
Possibly my favourite drama at this moment! Enjoyable, great actors and interesting plot - sageuk dramas tend to get draggy, but this one has been well-balanced so far.
It's so funny to see how they're both catfishing Im Jae I and Sin Hae Rim (I hope it doesn't get too messy though - there is no way for any wavering when it comes to main leads' feelings). And the body swap worked (was worried about this a bit at the beginning)!
Too bad. This drama requires the brain to be turned on. So think again WHY it is boring for you
Are you suggesting I'm not using my brain? 😂 You can like it as much as you want. I don't really care as we all are entitled to our own opinions, but be respectful while voicing them.
Jesus...........Big names always have the die hard hate watchers side by side w/ *speak no evil* fanatics. Both…
Spot on - it's to the extent that it's not only annoying, it's also getting boring. Get a life you all instead of being blind haters or followers. This forum is about a drama. Everyone can enjoy or criticize the plot, the acting, the production, ect. . Personal attacks add nothing to the discussion and are completely unnecessary.
It’s not a typical drama - it has certain moments typical of the Hong sisters’ writing, but at the same time it feels like something entirely its own (and the cinematography!). I like the dialogue and how nuanced this drama is. After reading some of the comments yesterday and while being in the middle of watching it, I was a bit scared of being let down, as I had enjoyed the first episodes so much (and I wasn't even sure about this drama from the beginning). I’m glad that I finished all the episodes and was satisfied with how the drama turned out.
I completely understand the purpose of the so-called “draggy” episodes. They were crucial for both Ho Jin (ugh, he suffered so much) and Mu Hui to understand each other and, especially, for Mu Hui to understand herself and her trauma. Were some of the people who thought the drama was too long simply not interested in why Mu Hui was behaving the way she did, or how broken she was? Her seeing Do Ra Mi was not a coincidence and it needed a detailed study and explanation. You need to be patient with this drama and it's simply not for everyone.
I also liked Hiro's character - he's grown on me (although he's still a bit of a spoiled brat).
It also took me ages to finish it - maybe this drama would have benefited more from being a tad shorter, but for me, it was fun? And the main song is a gem.
PS. They didn't show this, but I'm pretty sure that ML had a whole set of different books trying to figureFL out.
Those subtitles are horrendous - thanks for a tip!
I understand a bit of korean and I can also notice differences with the translations. It's quite ironic that the drama about an interpreter gets such bad subtitles (it looks like automatically generated without any context and missing all nuance).
at the start its fine, it progressively gets REALLY messy and bad.. and at the end im like what did i just waste…
I'm currently in the middle and all those reviews are scaring me (I liked the first episodes).
I find it sad that most of the korean dramas ending on netflix are simply bad (especially lately there are so many cases with dramas starting off strong and then and disappointing everyone because the writing leaves a lot to be desired). And those are no bad writers either as we know that they can deliver.

Neverthless, I'm still curious how the plot unfolds as the ending of the second episode was fun (although I already knew what would happen).
