I also think so. Because in the last scenes of EP2 friends of the King told him not to take into account his personal feelings (when he was deciding to kill the Queen disguised as a man). If there are no feelings, then there would be no need to say such a thing (although maybe I'm reading too much into this).

Wow, the last episode was awesome. I'm glad that Logan Lee and SR finally are on the same page although SR is still skeptical about working with him. I really enjoyed how did she deal with all situations in which she was at risk of being exposed. She's always smart and quick on her feet. She's definitely my favorite character. All the villainous characters are also doing an amazing job at being triggering and making my blood boil (it's fun though).

AND Logan and SR chemistry is off the charts!!! I saw that I'm not the only one that sensed it (it was noticeable in the previous ep. as well) so I hope that we'll get more scenes of them - I wonder if the writer will take this route?

I don't think JDT killed MSA - wouldn't that be too obvious? Also, both JDT and SJ are not aware of how the other person was involved in MSA death (if any). I think that the most suspicious person atm is OYH as she was at the scene and definitely had a motive (but hoping that there would be some twist). I also find it concerning that SR many times stressed that OYH is "her person" - especially with that scene in which they promised to always stick together (kind of foreshadowing that's going to be the opposite).

The kids' story is getting boring - RN is extremely naive and it's difficult to watch (she just hasn't learned anything ). EB needs some mental help fast otherwise she's going to explode and do sth utterly stupid (and the actress playing her should limit her facial expressions - she's overdoing it).

The first episode was hilarious - I couldn't stop laughing! As expected from SHS - she owned her character and it's so much fun watching her reactions (I really recommend her other dramas). I'm also a fan of KJH and I'm glad he and SHS decided to work together on this project. Actually, the whole cast is great (i.e. queen, her advisor, court lady). The comedy aspect (dialogues, directing, acting obv) is also done very well - it's not annoying. I don't think it'll dominate the plot though.

We don't know much about the story yet and it's difficult to predict what they will do with all characters, but I hope they will go with sth unpredictable (I haven't watched the Chinese drama). There are so many possibilities to explore. As for the king - he's obviously smarter than it seems and I'm really curious what he's up to and how our main character will get tangled into his story. I'm also wondering if they will ever show us what happened to the real princess. Hope we'll all enjoy it!

I think the changes regarding the rating system that were introduced lately make all ratings unreliable. I mean how is that possible that the rating is going down while the story is getting better with each episode (and a week ago the rating was around 8.9)? The rating system should be fixed.

I think the ending could be considered as the happy ending (but unfortuntely not to every character although they tried to make it look like that).

And my summary of the characters:

1. In Jae character was so interesting, but was not used fully.
2. The same goes for SDM - I thought she will be one of these powerful, independent female characters, but in the end she was not able to do anything without HJP and NDS help (even though in EP16 they tried to show that all Samsan Tech team got smarter).
3. In case of NDS I noticed only slight character development, but I couldn't help to feel unimpressed by it (and I actually liked his character at the beginning). It was difficult to root for him and support his journey.
4. HJP - he was the most consistent character and one of the most likable. Without him the drama would've lost its spark. However, I don't like how they made him dismiss the importance of the letters in EP16 (while in EP15 he was so eager to get them back because obviously they were written by him and mattered to him a lot). Writers made him suffer and didn't even bother to give him closure (but made him work with SDM and NDS again without even a break - seriously?). He only got Yongsil voice cameo.
5. Yongsan - his character development was good and he actually became the smartest one of Samsan Tech.
6. Grandma – I liked her character, but I still cannot believe that there was no confrontation regarding the letters. They gave them such importance, but in the end they were completely discarded.

This drama unfortunately was the biggest disappointment for me this year and it's such a shame. It had so much potential, which got wasted completely. From the technical side - it was very well produced.

The only thing I liked is that Kim Seon Ho finally got the recognition he deserves and obviously this comment section (I seriously don't remember the last time people were so dedicated here).

Tbh at first, I didn't even plan to watch this drama, but the premise was refreshing so I've decided to give it a go. I wish the story unfolded differently - especially without the love triangle and emphasized more on the business side (it seems that the plot was entirely overshadowed by the love story, which was totally unnecessary as there were many arcs that could've been explored more).

The writing was inconsistent, full of plot holes and made the characters behave in a way that was unbelievable. I think the writer had this great idea of an unconventional story but failed to deliver and make it convincing to the viewers. The directing was on point and I think that there was some kind of miscommunication between the director and the writer as the directing didn't fully follow the story (or was actually done on purpose, which is even worse).

For instance how awesome would it be if HJP was in this story as the mentor and best friend to SDM and NDS (HJP didn't have to fall for SDM - as this was only introduced to make the story more dramatic)? How funny would it be to watch the bromance between HJP and NDS? I still remember the scene during one of the first episodes in which HJP and NDS were writing a message to SDM - it was gold. How better would it be if HJP story would be getting family, friends and different love interest? I'm sure that we all would look at the drama completely differently.

I'm so glad that this drama (torture) is finally ending tomorrow!

EP15 didn't bring anything new to the table and I've really tried to emphatize with SDM and NDS, but couldn't find any reason to. Even with HJP out of the picture, it was difficult to find their love story compelling - it felt flat.

This drama is such an awesome surprise! I haven't planned to watch it, but the first two episodes are very promising! As expected from OCN.

Is this drama worth watching?

I've seen 6 episodes so far, but then didn't have time and stopped watching it weekly. As I don't know how the story evolved - would you recommend it or is it getting worse like Start Up or Record of Youth? I'd like to avoid any further disappointments (in general I liked the first episodes).

You're totally right! I had high expectations because the idea of start-ups was SO REFRESHING! I'm disappointed that they didn't explore the business side of the story more. And I actually liked previous dramas of this writer so at first, I didn't worry about how they are going to progress with the story. Even though when the letters came into the picture I know it's going to get messy later. But plot holes are too much for me (even though some of the scenes are very touching - well, mainly the scenes of HJP and grandma <3).

I'm very curious about how they are going to execute this story - I have no ideas yet (and I haven't seen the Chinese version). But I love Shine Hye Sun and Kim Jung Huyn so I'm going to give it a go.

And the teaser is hilarious! I think it has the potential to be an awesome comedy drama.

I love the cast and the premise is also good. I hope this drama won't disappoint!

1. In Jae scene with grandmother (or actually all In Jae scenes) - I hope the reconciliation will be done beautifully in the upcoming episodes. Though I cannot understand how In Jae did not know about grandma's condition? How is that even possible? This is some lousy writing.
2. Yong San maturity and his conversation with HJP - I did not expect this tbh, but I'm glad it happened.
3. HJP telling SDM that NDS could have a wrong idea about them - I was fearing that they are going to completely ruin his character.

The EP14 was underwhelming. I think I need SDM and NDS to end up together just only for HJP to finally be freed from this stupid love triangle and find his own peace and happiness. That's the only thing I want to see - HJP happiness. Give this man a break.
