Honestly with the plot so far u have no idea what to expect, i just hope they answer all our questions and give us a happy ending bc the angst is towering over us like a dark cloud.

Also for the first time in a cdrama I really badly want to read the novel just to find out what happens but I’m going to wait until the episodes are out. I hope they don’t change too much like how dare you if the original story has a happy ending keep it, but if the original story has a sad ending CHANGE THAT SHI😭😭

yh you’re right I forgot for how dare you at the beginning it was a little difficult to follow along. But for this drama idk how but I am even more lost the more I rewatch. I’ve re watched nearly all 6 episodes a few times now and all these clans and past situations are too confusing to follow along. Also the straight faces of nearly every single character in majority of the situations and clashes makes it more difficult for some reason. I don’t know how it works.

i am at the start of ep 7 and have zero clue what’s going on🫩 the directors and writers did not give a f if we got the story or not. I just realised how much over explaining how dare you done just to get us to understand the plot. Bring in the animations

I love how RSB character is so unique to us viewers that it’s causing a lot of problems for some watchers. Honestly her character is so refreshing. A women in male fields who is not insufferable like ML in other cdramas. She keeps her affairs and family problems in the best order, as much as she has the capacity to do so. You will all watch these wack cdrama ML and turn a blind eye to their shitty characters and actions the minute the FL&ML kiss but RSB is where you all draw the line.
I wonder why that is😴

RSB the women you are she literally gives eldest daughter in the drama. Being selfless, makes sacrifices that everybody expects from her but doesn’t care abt the impact it has on her, always not being given any grace or a moments peace, and one second of weakness it feels like it’s all over. I love her character down and I do not care if anyone disagrees with me. If you get her character then you get her character.

It is a bittersweet ending idk I feel like we had so much potential. Specifically, for the last episode I was constantly looking at how much time was left for the episode to finish and felt like so much was lacking. I loved the story ( I don’t think I watched a drama to the end like this since blossom season 1). I loved the storyline where the women are in charge but we spent too much time on Yang/wei family fights that it kind of ruined the ending a little I fear. Although I did want a storyline like this for LJL it seemed so rushed at the end of the story. They should’ve done this a little earlier.
I would have also loved more of the main couple I just felt anxiety the whole time which is maybe why I watched the drama to the last second, but honestly they too were so unsure themselves until the last minute too.
Also I would have loved more behind the scenes of RSB finding out things being a few steps ahead of everybody. Instead of flashbacks and fast tracking these parts we kept seeing her suitors walking around the mansion just filler stuff that really could’ve been omitted idk. But it sure did keep me intrigued by how she would be able to pull anything off.
Anyways I love Gulnezer and can’t wait to see what other dramas of hers we will get in the future I am now a huge fan of hers also her FACE CARD👏🏽👏🏽

He knows RSB listens to her grandma to the point where now she even knows that LJL is attending a funeral for his teacher and is making an example out of him. That old arse grandma is still a million steps ahead whist he’s out here putting his life on the line for nothing, he is so dispensable. He needs to get to the root which is that grandma

I’ve since been reading the comments and seen some spoilers and predictions so I think what I said will probably not happen since he will probably use his own skills to get himself back in No1 spot for marriage.

we keep getting peanuts when it comes to the main couple… they had more chemistry when they were enemies now it’s just turned into “I will see you when I see you & smiles”. They totally ditched the fiery side of shanbao that got us all hooked to the series. Like I get it they are fighting for their lives but why are they depriving us of the “ enemies to lovers to enemies to accomplices to lovers” it’s really not giving that anymore and the shows nearly over. And zero yearning like what is this a whole lot of nothing😭😭I know he probably still hasn’t found out that shanbao might be getting married to bai Lou but he should’ve been on his knees outside their building begging for her to take him back before his teacher died.

the directors need to crumble if I don’t catch them my prayers will.

Also seriously Gulnezar face card👏🏽👏🏽😍every time I see her I’m blown away, her look is BREATHTAKING . The ability for her to keep her poise through everything is insane. Gulnezar come get your baddies chain.
