I didn't watch the 2019 version of "Unrequited Love", so maybe due to lack of expectations I could thoroughly enjoy this show. The process of ending up together was indeed long, but somehow that made the feeling of unrequited love more realistic. The story kept me going, but not in a watch-everything-in-a-single-sitting kind of way. And I liked that!
Well, even though the ending was open-ended and keeping in mind that a happy ending might not be possible considering the whole lot of story that wasn't covered in 40 eps, I still liked it very much and really hope the cast be the same for s2....also I really like the drama and I have NOT seen the anime. 9/10
First episode was really mixed with many genres lol, a start which no one really thought of then some light hearted…
We know can't judge a drama based off only ep 1, so yeah, I liked it so far, and I think I'm gonna go with it to see how things work out. Also I think I have a vague idea of how the story is going to unravel...
