Aurora Couple

I confess that at first, I wondered whether I should watch it or not, as I saw some negative comments that made me a little hesitant.

But then, I began to understand what the story was trying to convey. Cha Muhee is that typical character who hides deep pain. We think she is “carefree,” but for the most part, she was living in her own illusion.

I was confused at first about the character Zumbi. I thought he would be the comic relief of the story, but the drama showed that he was the personification of FL's greatest fears. Feelings such as rejection, anxiety and fear were addressed directly throughout the dialogues, which made it easier to understand Muhee's attitudes.

BUT, what enchanted me the most was Ho-Jin's love. At first, he was a little fearful about his feelings, because a rational life would be more practical for him, but he sought to understand FL at its origin, just as one studies a language, searching for all the necessary meanings and contexts. He chose to love her, despite his insecurities and controversies. Even though she would possibly push him away again, he would always seek to reconnect with her.

This story shows that feelings go beyond words. It's not a perfect plot, but it does teach some good lessons.
