I only picked this one up because a MDL friend told me it had a cat in it and I love cats. Light romcoms usually aren't my thing at all, but I'm enjoying this a lot so far.
I love the friendship between the three girls, and Lee Min Suk is here! This is the perfect light drama break for in between my heavier dramas and I can't wait for the next episode. I'm hoping it continues to be interesting throughout.
It's pretty rare that I really like a drama this light, and the only reason I started this was for the cat, but I'm enjoying it a lot so far. Episode 3 was great. I love the friendship between the three girls. And Kim Min Suk is here! He was great in Defendant and he caught my attention here too.

Wow!! I’m really glad someone stated subbing this because this was a fantastic first episode. I love the unique concept, I love the portrayal of real issues that it covers like bullying and domestic violence. I love that it is a drama about ajummas who are out to get revenge.
This might just have become the drama of the season I have the highest expectations for.
A really strong start! This is my most anticipated fall drama (I love Jo Jae Yun, Woo Do Hwan, and white collar crime dramas) and the first episode was very promising.
Jo Jae Yun and Woo Do Hwan were great! Woo Do Hwan’s character is fantastic and my favorite based on first impressions.
Here’s to hoping this will be every bit as good as I think it will be and not go down the route of “generic investigation drama”.
I wasn’t planning on starting this from the plot alone, since I don’t usually go for romcoms… but then a MDL friend let me know that the main lead in this had a cat that appeared in the drama. I love cats, and my boyfriend and I are getting a cat together soon, so I decided to give this a try based on that alone. He made fun of me forever saying that having a cat in it is a low standard for watching something, but the heart wants what it wants, so giving this a shot!
The first episode was actually a lot better than expected. Going to try this out for a few more episodes, and hopefully the cat will make more appearances.
I loved this drama so much. More than I expected to. More than most people it seems based on the ratings and comments I’ve seen about it. It was short, yes, but it had a lot of heart. It had the nostalgic, slice of life feel of the Reply series mixed with the coming of age realizations of Nobuta wo Produce.
While there were some characterizations that weren’t my favorite in the beginning, they evolved over time with the characters. All of the characters changed and grew. It was natural, it was human, it was so real to life, which is one of the greatest charms of this series to me. Outside of the coming of age aspects, of seeing all of the characters grow and evolve and come to terms with their reality, of seeing the relationships and friendships begin and fall apart, I enjoyed the political climate at the moment of the drama in the background of the series. Apparently some people thought it was unnecessary, but it was what made this series much more realistic and set it apart from other dramas of this type. I loved the Daegu dialect too!
Character wise, Ae Sook was my favorite, and I’m glad she had a little room to grow, even in just eight episodes.
This drama is truly special. It wash’t one that hooked me from the very beginning in a suspenseful way like my other 10s, but I can only compare it to the feeling of the kind of love you feel for an old relationship versus the excitement of a new one.

Yes, I agree completely! I love short dramas and almost never want them to be longer (short and sweet is nice!) but I really do wish this was a full series. It's quite special.

The description is incredibly misleading. I love it regardless and am really glad I picked it up (it's been one of my favorite 2017 dramas) but everything after the "aw" isn't the main focus at all.
This is a really special drama. Yes, it's slice of life, and yes, it isn't as action packed as some of the popular dramas... but every week I watch it, I find myself completely absorbed in it. I really love it so much and wish it wasn't ending so soon.
I hope they don’t give up the project though. This is the drama I’m most excited about.
