Another CY drama drought coming right up.....😕

Wow, they really didn't early drop all the episodes. Glad we were able to see one of his dramas this year. Even though it's old, but another solid performance on his part and a plot line that makes sense from beginning to end (🤞) with little editing issues even with the episode cut. But most importantly, no unnecessary side stories to distract from the main plot and every character played their part convincingly.

They did the same to MLC. 😒 That drama made them so much money with little marketing expenses so I think they're hoping this one will do the same. 😠

Apparently, if they even bother to pay attention to the plot at all. 🤣🤣

This isn't a true Republican drama in my book. It's set in a Republican theme, but it's a story about the emotional growth of a young man during this tumultuous time and solving the spy game of who's behind the biggest threat during this war. It's more of an action, suspense thriller like how Jason Bourne or similar movies are rather than an actual Republican spy drama.

It might be popular, but I don't see comments talking about the episode events. Instead people keep talking about how good looking he is in his clothes or how cool he looks walking. 😆
Which by the way, he did look good holding that sniper gun. 😈

Yeah, it seems very quiet on the comment thread here and Weibo. Such a pity, this was a well written script and good pace storyline. It challenges your analytical skills, was emotionally charged because of this time period, and touches on the sense of duty for yourself, family and society. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was thinking how the editing wasn't bad since we can still understand the plot, and not once had it dragged. If anything, certain parts needed to slow down a bit. Never thought I would say that about a cdrama. 😆

Did everyone flee from watching this cause it was too much of a brain drain? 🧐🤓

Now it's going to be the battle of wits between these two. A little scary that there's FOUR episodes left, that's a lot of time for more shenanigans to happen. Never been nervous about how a cdrama is going to end. This one definitely kept me engaged the whole time.

I don't recall this scene.... but Han Cheng Yu using his own character's plot for that hint is just duplicitous! 🎭

She could have been just staying with this family, like a family friend that took her in or maybe a relative type? Guess we'll find out soon enough...

I can't wait!! Put us out of our miseries. And what was this writer thinking when he wrote this twisty plot??

I had re-watched the scene where WYM had her flashback, it never showed a dad, just her mom (?) and 2 other kids. Then it jumped to where she walked into the scene with everyone dead and KJP rushed in right after then took her away. And I don't recall any other episodes where she talked about her family, unless I missed something? And HS in that meal scene said in voice over, something to the effect of, not telling her yet since she might not be able to accept it after she spoke about KJP. So I'm assuming they are about to reveal that father/daughter relationship soon (?).

Well, can they stop it?? I'm getting a big headache now. 😩
