Should they have found actors who speak Japanese to play Japanese speaking characters? Sure. It would have given…
I never said their fear was illegitimate or that the colonial period wasn’t that terrible. This is based on true events but it’s still fictional. They shouldn’t have made their language a point in the show if they cant be realistic about it.
I’ve watched 3 other colonial dramas me sunshine, gaksital and chicsgo typewriter. They could all do it.
It should have more than 18 episodes. I get it's because it's so expensive. But we're at episode 8 and I feel like we're in the beginning.. These writers always make long dramas I'm not sure they'll handle this one :/
It irritates me that no ne speaks Japanese on this show. Not even the Japanese in outside Korea do it. And with all the talk about Koreans losing their language ://
Nonsensical but sooo entertainiing and great acting!
When WS faked his death, MPJ was to become him, but everyone knew he was driving and MPJ was found in the backseat.. theyd notice no matter how destroyed the car is.
I’ve watched 3 other colonial dramas me sunshine, gaksital and chicsgo typewriter. They could all do it.
Eunsom is injured, captured and stupid. His horse calls him weak, and Tanya is a maid, not a politician. There's no room for proper development.
Also this is a romcom, which probably means some kissing.
