Title Hijack 1971 Spoiler
They are strangers. She offered him chocolate, then proceeded to follow him everywhere. There is no implementation…
First, the lady who offered chocolate and the lady who sat next to him are 2 different people.

The reason why the First Lady offered the kid chocolate (besides Yongdae looking and sounding bothersome) was to bribe him to run for her. Back in the days, seats weren’t assigned , first come first serve. So she offered the kid chocolate and asked if he’s good at running. But eventually seems like that lady didn’t board.

The lady that sat next to him was just concerned after Yongdae harassed the kid.

“how he tried his best not to make muni get ahold of the radio?”That didn’t happen
She’s there waiting cuz they already talked on the radio. He asked her for the HAM radio tutorial which caused her to wait in the rain until she got sick. When she got sick she went on the radio again to yell at him and he yelled back, even wrote on the phone booth that she’s a liar. In hindsight he feels bad cuz it was really his fault she got sick. That’s why he told Youngji to take the umbrella and not get sick.

The radio was handed down from her father Eun Sung. There’s no way to stop her from getting it unless he breaks into their house and steal it, lol

It is funny you think i got that from a cartoon stereotype. I for a fact now they are slow. Nobody will ever convince…
He did keep loving her. He tried to stop them from seeing each other. He gave up when he realized the future will take its course despite his efforts to stop them. The faded couple sticker and the turtle, that Eunsung was interested in first, run back to Eunsung was his calling, that what didn’t happen yet will still happen later. He gave up for himself cuz he felt pathetic. It wasn’t a sacrifice

He didn’t sacrifice anything for her. He gave up because he thought they weren’t meant to be.

FYI, turtles can walk fast and far. Don’t believe cartoon stereotypes.

You forgot about my absolute boyfriend, which was a step down from the crowned clown.
It was a Viki original that was released on web in 2018. SBS aired a shortened version half a year later.

He filmed Absolute Boyfriend before The Crowned Clown. It was a big step up.

he's simply a psycho. not all killing incidences need a reason
He’s not a psycho. He’s just a kidnapper that kills to stay out of jail. For everyone who didn’t get too close to the truth, he let them live. For anyone too close to the truth, he had to silence.

So what's the purpose behind all those murders?
The kidnapper wanted to keep himself from getting caught

I wonder if the killer got motive or he's just psycho? No idea and that could be the only thing that bugs me
The kidnap motive is up to interpretation, the killing motive is to not get caught. Anyone with a clue about what he did was silenced. He’s not a killer for the thrills, but for self preservation

Not a bad ending. Had many sweet moments and I'm glad to see them tie most of the loose ends.I'll accept this…
Even when serial murderers are incarcerated, not all cases get closed. With the exception of kidnapping Gyeyoung, where the motive was purposely ambiguous, his motive to kill were all obvious. It was so he doesn’t get caught. So it’s unrealistic that he will confess the murders that they don’t have evidence of. He had no reason to incriminate himself more and get a longer sentence. To me the cases weren’t legally solved, but the truth was revealed to us. That’s enough closure to me as a viewer.

Honestly, we all have questions about the last ep... He left for a bit (a month) due to the guilt/thinking on…
What changed is he knows his sister doesn’t want him to cry. And Dahyun makes him happy.

In terms of characterization and flexing his acting, this drama did a better job than the previous 3

Overall good drama, i like the ending, but i think i miss some scene, so jungho (police officer) is dahyun father…
Jung Ho is just her mother's friend who had a crush on her mother. Dahyun's father made a small appearance in the last episode. He remarried.

May be coz of ML's sister & da hyun (FL) promise ...🤞💞
It’s not random at all. It circles back to his guilt and desperation he felt when she was missing. The link made her feel him and she utilized this link to communicate with him til the very end
