There's a few dramas I recommend:- To Fly With You (Chinese)- Shining for One Thing (Chinese)- Back From the Brink…
That's true... I was thinking more along the lines that it was quite obvious who she would end up with, so I considered it slightly weaker. But you're right I'll remove it from the list :)
Hello my dear MDL-FRIENDSI have a BIG PROBLEM :(I watched so many romance dramas exept those with love triangles,…
There's a few dramas I recommend: - To Fly With You (Chinese) - Shining for One Thing (Chinese) - Back From the Brink (Chinese) - Love Between Fairy and Devil (Chinese) - New Life Begins (Chinese - more friendship than romance, but romance is sweet) - Love Is Sweet (Chinese) - Skate Into Love (Chinese) - Our Secret (Chinese) - The Love You Give Me (Chinese) - Why Women Love (Chinese) - The Oath of Love (Chinese) - Perfect and Casual (Chinese) - My Unicorn Girl (Chinese) - A Love So Beautiful (Chinese) - First Love: Hatsukoi (Japanese) - Our Beloved Summer (Korean) - Daily Dose of Sunshine (Korean - romance is not the focus, but definitely an interesting watch) - One Spring Night (Korean)
Well I'm into school love and little romantic (no bed scenes) dramas when it comes to Chinese one's.Here are few…
They don't actually get together very early on (not too romance heavy but still cute)! You see a lot of different themes such as perseverance, hard work and how it pays off. There's also drama between the FL and her mother, as she is against her daughter's dream of speed skating (she was involved in an accident that left her knee permanently damaged when she used to speed skate). The ML also has a very rocky relationship with his mother (the FL's coach), and their reconciliation journey is covered. He also goes through a difficult journey of changing from pair skating to single skating. The only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the second lead couple, but they are important in bringing together the main couple and for comedic timing.
Some people think it's a little bit cliché or found it a little bit boring, but it's just the beginning so we'll…
I haven't watched it yet but I'm assuming the domineering CEO, seductive FL and production style (from what I've seen in the trailer). A comment below said: "Everything about this production feels cliché, like something you'd see from a short length-series." I'm going to give it a try though as everyone has different tastes.
Isn't it kind of weird for the twin to chase after her sister's ex boyfriend when she was alive...hahaha? Or is she mainly trying to prevent the relationship between the ML and FL?
I'm not entirely sure about this pairing, but oki, perhaps I will give it a shot. Havent watch Dylan since Mateor…
You should give 'Love Between Fairy and Devil' a try! It's the drama that Dylan became super popular from as his acting showed great improvement. The FL is Esther Yu.
I watched the trailer for this drama and romance seems like a big part of the plot. I wonder what will happen for 36 episodes...hopefully it doesn't drag.
"transmigrated into a novel" scares me already (of the ending) but I'm gonna watch it anyway!!
It's actually more like "a second chance at life". After her "death" she travels back to 2 years ago on the day of her wedding and she tries not to make the same mistakes and completely changes her personality. I think most people are saying that the current setting is actually her dream. She fainted (as seen in the 1st episode) and she is currently in a dream while being healed by the ML in the current time.
Some haters are likely fans of ROTaR because they like the FL pairing with DXY. Since YCY is same age as that…
To be honest, YCY's acting is not really up to the standard where she should be getting the lead role in such a high budget drama (especially judging off her most recent performance in 'Journey of Chong Zi'). She obviously has very good resources and a solid fan base, considering that her singing and dancing were not outstanding but she was still able to debut from CHUANG. So regardless of how many haters she has, there are still a lot more supporters - it is the same for every actor/actress, she's no exception. Speaking as a neutral fan, I watched ROTaR and enjoyed it (I found ZLS's acting alright, but she definitely has room for improvement). I gave LYST a try, but YCY's difficulty with grasping complex emotions (her acting of simpler emotions is still acceptable, but can get a bit repetitive) made me unable to invest my feelings into the drama (I'm sure other people have different standards/opinions on acting skills), but I found DYX's acting alright - he is better at conveying emotions. I don't think it's helpful to assume the reason why people don't like her acting is because they are fans of other CPs or they are just jealous of her close relationship with male stars etc., because rationally speaking, she still has a long way to go in terms of her acting skills. I'm not saying she hasn't improved from her last work (at least she has some facial expressions when she is crying now), but you can't expect there to be no criticisms when her acting is objectively not up to par. I'm not sure about international fans of this drama, but I think locally, many were disappointed with her performance, considering the quality of production and DYX's acting.
Is Xiu Ming (the 'sick' prince - 2nd ML) a good person? Why do I get suspicious vibes from him. I thought he was supposed to be a good friend of the ML?
