Yeah I got that. My question was more about her thought process. Like she decided to have the victim's letter read on the radio show on the off chance Taehee was listening, so then he could go off to save the day? How does that make sense? Did she call him, message him to turn on the radio, something? And why couldn't she save him herself? She read the letter the previous night so plenty of time to figure it out. The cases make no sense. It feels to me that she doesn't really care if there's a resolution at all or if the victims' last wishes are granted. Just messy.

There's not really a love triangle. Her ex comes to work in the same company, and he wants her back but she doesn't. The names are not the same though, so it may be a diff role. The only names that they kept from the webtoon are the leads, yesul and minhu.

Right? Like if you scroll a little bit down the comments it's obvious why people who have read the webtoon are disappointed. Context is important. I don't wanna see another 40 yr old man pouting à la CLOY, you know? YKS is very handsome and SJH is gorgeous, it's not about that ffs 🙄🙄

As a webtoon reader myself i can safely say that i love the direction they're going with this. I love the fairytale-like atmosphere and the inclusion of music. It reminds me of del toro movies but a bit lighter. It definitely won't suck for everyone...

No, it's not romance. I didn't read the manhwa in full, just some chapters here and there years ago. I guess i would describe it as slice of life, probably. For what it's worth i don't think there will be any here if that's what you're looking for.

The butterflies in the poster remind me of IONTBO. That's the vibe i get, dreamlike/fairytale-like drama.

It's not a crime drama though, it's fantasy. Mystic popup (same writer) had a similar theme and no cops. It feels to me like every other drama has a cop as a lead. I want to see this but the cop thing bums me out. ymmv :)

Episode 9 was my favorite so far....It's getting better and better...

Oh no, i don't mind when someone shares a negative opinion about a drama/actor, why would I? Everyone is free to say whatever they want, this is what this site is about, expressing our opinions on Asian drama, positive or negative. I'm not one of those users here who will get mad if someone says they hate my favorite actor or drama or whatever lol. It's about the generalization, that romance ruins a good plot. Like yeah it may not be to someone's taste and they may hate the drama for that, but it's not a general fact. That was my objection :)

It's an adaptation though, not an exact copy. If the writers want to focus on the romance then that's that. They can go any route they wish to, they're the creators.

They always go all out on the first couple episodes though. It's the rest of the eps that's the problem.

I'm hoping things between them will improve after the kiss too :)

Oh okay i get what you're saying now. The classic deer caught in the headlights kinda moment. Expensive clothes/makeup, i don't know them, I'm just an innocent little baby wearing hand-me-downs lol. Yeah, i mean she is mature enough to not act like that, that was a little out of character.
