i truly love the fact that yi eon was the one who made the divorce between jo yi and her ex official. it shows he and jo yi are on equal footing with their beliefs... and in general during a time where women were still believed to be under men.

i'm the same way. i'll "watch a drama" through twitter and the comment section here as it airs but only actually watch the whole show once it's ended so i can watch at my own pace or all at once. lol.
The series could've been soooooo good. NaNa and LMK have such amazing chemistry... but the writing... it was just ugh and all over the place and just... WTF was this BS?!
Honestly, ending wise, I'd prefer if it was shown that Joo In realized being single is great for herself as opposed to staying single because she can't move on from Bi Soo. Though, I will say that I don't mind if a woman or man honestly stays single forever after losing the love of their life. If that's their choice, then I'm fine with it. Just as long as they still move on themselves at least and live their lives to the fullest still.
As for ending up with the SML, I am extremely happy that she DID NOT end up with him. It would've been so pathetic for clinger to get the girl in the end. It'd feel like they did the whole, "wait until she's worn down and just gives in," crap if they'd done that. So I'm very happy that the writer at least got that part right by not going there.
Could it be a more Westernesque show as opposed to a normal kdrama and that is why it took so long for it to air?? I mean, a few other toxic kdramas have still gotten aired on time, so I don't know if that is the reason for this one not being aired until now.... Idk.

Making us break for two weeks... I really hope they're going to do right by the viewers and not have the series end on a wtf note. They have extra time to get it right now, so there will be no excuses.
