Apparently, Jim is supposed to be in his 40's what? I think earth should have had a beard or something to make him look older. I have watched two episodes so far but I cant help but feel that the show could be so much more and seems to be limited due to the catering to multiple ship pairing. So far I like how realistic things are from Uncle Jim's perspective and how he has to look out for those around him. He has no time for love or doing much of things that make him alone happy. He seems to be the most fleshed out character so far. I will wait to watch it all to decide. I like slice of life in my shows so lets see how this turns out.
I dont know what happening in ep 13 to 14. Its like the writer is just throwing stuff to see what sticks. I will stick with the show to see how things turn out.
Sometimes I get irritated with how the taxi team has to rely on kim do gi then I remember aside from him they are normal people trying to create change in a system that does not favor them. Kim do gi has his physical prowess and knowledge to make it a reality. Even the detective who should have some power just seems so useless until the issue affected her personally which is unfortunately very realistic

This one is gay but the closest is History 3 trapped for mafia BL with anti-hero main characters except the angst is kinda one character not realizing his feelings.
I disagree, In my opinion the show is still solid. Would love to see more adventurous all or nothing BLs with interesting Anti-hero characters. I love reading the fan analysis and interpretations of different scenes and love that I discover something new when re-watching. In EP6, her meddling is making things worse for everyone. Not only for the victims but for the taxi driver team. Its great she wants to do things by the book and get justice but what happens when the case goes to court and everyone is corrupt? If it were me, ill release the news to the press or something more especially if my hands are tied. She approaches the dude in front of cameras and asks him to try and be a spy for her like come on now. We know she doesn't know his real identity but the dude just started a new job and you want him to openly compromise his job for #justice. Like come on now!
I really love feel good shows. Especially Office romance + Fluff. Loved the lead couple's chemistry although it seemed to shine more during the banter/playful scenes rather than the romantic/sexual ones.
The show has some of the good GMMTV traits like making you feel good, a lovely cast ensemble, easily accessible to watch. The show also had one of my deal breaker and my most hated drama plot. Noble idiocy! I HATE NOBLE IDIOCY so much I have quit shows on the second to last episode because of it. Cher is a noble idiot most of the time. He does ridiculous sh*t cos "its better this way" and ends up hurting gun (or others). Does it twice in the show for no rational reason.
The only time I approve of this trope is if you staying endangers the characters life or to let a character that genuinely loves someone else go.
So why did I keep watching? Well like I said Forcebook chemistry kept me invested and I am glad I did. However I genuinely believe the show had much more unresolved plot points that could have filled that space.
I love office romance cos they tend to be more on the "dont think too much about it just have fun" genre which this show delivered on and became a routine of me getting home from work, watching it and playing games on my steamdeck or PC and grinning a lot.
As always with GMMTV youtube comments, its cringe factory so thread lightly.

I thought I was crazy. I am seeing some friendship chemistry not so much romantic chemistry. However I have become a new fan of Forcebook and will stay tuned to any of their future projects
