This show was dubbed in Tagalog here in Philippines some time ago. Man Ying's father is rich and he fell in love with Man Ying's mother, but his family disapproves of her since she's poor, especially his mother and sister. He's supposed to be the heir of the business, but he decided to live a normal life. One day, he got into a car accident, and later on, a fire accident caused Man Ying & her mother get separated. Then, Man Ying grew up with her grandma & she forgot all about her childhood, especially Hao Yang. Both Man Ying & Cai Ni, her cousin, fell in love with Yun Xiang. They both rival also when it comes to business. Later, Man Ying's mother appears to Man Ying but hides to her that she's her real mother. Unfortunately, that's where I ended, and I missed the remaining episodes. I want to find out if Man Ying will meet Hao Yang again, who ends up with Yun Xiang, and who will run the family business. This drama has really a lot of potential because the story is good. Hopefully, one day, someone can put English subtitles on this. Thanks ~
The Li family has 4 daughters, but each have trouble with their love lives, like divorce, affair with someone married, pre-marital pregnancy, or being involved with a mafia family. Will they have a happy ending? This drama portrays how parents deal with their children's issues and the value of having support with each other in the family. I felt moved and my feelings were touched in watching this drama, like how my real-life mom is similar to the Li siblings' mom in the drama, in terms of the way they discipline their children and the emotions they show prove their real feelings. In spite of misunderstandings, I feel lucky to have such supportive parents which I think is cool, because we need to remember they also went through being in their younger years, they are there to guide us. To the cast and crew, they did a great job!
After watching the drama, you can say its overall positive reviews from fans and critics alike are well-deserved. What I liked the most in this drama is the chemistry of the leads.
Love the 90s feels of this movie! I noticed how the actress who played Makino and Chinese actress Shen Yue (Shan Cai of Meteor Garden 2018) looked alike. I also liked the actor playing Rui, because he looks young here; I've watched his dramas before watching this, even if he's old now, he still looks handsome. The plot explains why it lacked the other scenes of its latter drama versions since the manga version did not end until 2000s. It was a nice movie overall!

I stumbled on this movie when I was randomly looking for a movie about dogs in Google, a website theoddyseyonline suggested this, and it's all worth watching. Very heartbreaking and tear-jerking. I miss my dog so much, a Japanese spitz, she just died less than a year ago, who lived for 11 years. I still feel like everything's sudden, had fond memories with her, she's one-of-a-kind. This is a highly recommended movie! Best dog movie I've ever watched!
