Lackluster is all I can say about this. It had a good start but it went the easy and typical route… The title is "wedding impossible" but there was barely any wedding preparations or making things serious. I had expected there to be more of FL & Do Han pretending to be lovers. Heck, for the first half they barely seemed like the besties they said they were. Yeah I get Ji Han is ML but are K-Dramas these days really incapable of giving character relationships screen time that are not the two romantic leads? What is the point of her pretending to get engaged to her friend if 90% of the time she‘s with ML?
The events they held (weddings, funerals, etc) were so engaging. I felt like I could be there too 😄 I enjoyed reading your thoughts about this drama ~ I feel very similarly about it (aside from my rant 🌚 🌝)
*36 episodes & got the license to air in September 2023… but has no airing platform yet 🥲 Originally it was Tencent but now it’s to be determined (aside from satellite television) 🍉
Unrelated but in the same announcement of the episode update only dramas with titles such as people‘s police and hometown is all got more episodes than originally planned… everything else was cut shorter. Makes you wonder why 😆🥲
Xiu Li is probably the most textbook narcissist I‘ve seen ever in a drama, from the moment she had the argument with the college kids I was like hold up ✋🏼 does she only have kids so they will take care of her? She twists words around so they benefit her argument, talks bad about everyone and stalks her daughter and the people in her life a lot. The synopsis says she’s a pessimist but damn, she is so much more than just that! Even trying to control people that aren’t related to her. Uff, I really hope this drama ends with Ruo Hua drawing clear boundaries.
LMAOu call them bullies but now u bully the actor that was chosen - make it make sense 😆
how do all your comments have exactly 11 likes? 😅 But in all honesty I don't care who acts in what drama as long as the end product is watchable ;) No need to down talk someone's appearance ...
I just found out the actor who plays Ruo Xuan is the real son of the actress who plays his mom Xiu Li:0 It must be so hard to act like your child died 😨
I submitted a different one but idk if it will be accepted 🤞🏼 It’s a bit hard since the mdl pfp guidelines are strict and he doesn’t have many headshots like that.
Edit: It went through ~ now I hope the comments can focus on his acting again :) (if you still hate the pic we can only wait until his agency releases new photos😅)

It’s just lazy screenwriting
