Bin Bin‘s character saving the girl in ep8 was so touching 🥹🥲… i don’t think i ever heard in a cdrama that someone gave the advice that it’s okay to leave their parents. Usually filial piety is nr1

Plus I was super scared after reading the comments about his fate… I was ready for "Stealth Walker" level burns but it’s not THAT bad 😅 he still looks like himself.

A triple wedding is impressive enough but they were all so entirely different from each other! I really loved that! 😍 to each the fitting atmosphere 👍🏼

I‘ll write a review but I thought it was a great drama with true girl power. Just 2 things I disliked. I wanted the pirate to come back alive & at least one kiss. The love shot was cute but with all that chasing… I expected some making out, lol. But I noticed the FL actresses rarely kisses in dramas…

Yes I see that but my "problem" is that she already chases him again, when her circumstances since she left him didn’t change. So unless she stands up to her family, won’t the relationship be/end the same way as before? That’s my worry.

But also glad you gave it a chance! ~ even though they’re not together yet, there are more scenes of them in between that also spark feelings on her side. So for me it was more satisfying than your usual slow burn.
I‘m on the last 2 episodes now I hope for a happy ending ~

The ML likes & chases her from episode 1 onwards, when she stood up to him. Love triangle between various characters come and go but they never last long + everyone also has their love interest at some point.
It’s a female centered plot and ML does confess to FL all the time, calling her "wife", but it’s one sided until the last few episodes + romance is not the main plot - more so it’s the life‘s story of these women of various ages and social status.
But it’s definitely worth the watch :))

7 episodes in I am considering to drop… I like both actors and YY as high school student was cute but I‘m sensing a whole lot of frustration coming in, especially because her family is so controlling and she doesn’t stand up to them :/

I enjoyed it a lot but these last few episodes are so stressful… suddenly this b#### is more influential than Nan Lan 😤 plus I lowkey hate how they stretched out the romance until the very end.

But even if he’s 25. that still makes him 6 years older than her 🤔… since she’s 19.

yeah - that’s why I said the mix it up (multiple times). She just had her 19th birthday (they got together shortly after). But when DX & SY are in the car in ep20(or19?) after he found out, he says DX is 26. and DX said a few scenes earlier they are together since 2.5 months ago. Meaning she is 19, and he is 26. However they said otherwise a few episodes earlier ~ so cleary they messed it up.

I cant pin point it but her family gives off very strange vibes. Yeah they’re evil but aside from that the brother romantically likes the sister…
It even seems like he’s SML which makes me want to 🤢

They don’t take that too seriously… in ep20 they messed it up too by saying he‘s 26, and she is 19. so the gap is sometimes 7 years, sometimes 5 😆
