Ep 1-4: The relationship story between the leads is like that of ML & SFL in many other dramas: she was his gf years ago, pushed him away and then comes back years later and wants him back but he gives her the cold shoulder.

The hospital scene especially, when she treated him and the other girl came to pick him up - That’s usually the FL / the scene were FL meets his ex.
